This place is wonderful! I called to make my initial appointment and spoke with Brent, who was extremely patient during my call and answered numerous questions regarding my insurance plan. We got disconnected due to my phone's bad connection prior to my appointment being set and Brent called me back to finish setting up the appointment. He explained all the out of pocket cost and reviewed a special imaging machine that the office had that replaces the dilation procedure which I was interested in. My initial appointment went extremely well. Dr. Ryan was very nice and thorough. I loved replacing the normal eye dilation with the imaging machine that they have available. The pricing was extremely reasonable for the image, well worth it to avoid the after effects of having your eyes dilated. Dr. Ryan reviewed all aspects of the image with me after it was taken and provided recommendations for my care. I left with a prescription for contacts and glasses. I was able to order contacts immediately upon walking out of my appointment. They were able to mail them to my home since they weren't in stock. Dr. Vance also provided me with some samples of the contacts that I would be receiving in the mail. I will definitely be returning for an exam next year. Thank you all for your help today!

This is my preferred optometrist. The doctor is nice, listens to you, and helps find a solution that works for you. I had some issues with my contacts, he spent time trying different brands to find a good fit. He was able to provide several samples to try so we ordered the correct lenses. Highly recommend.

Brent was SO amazing! He helped with our broken glasses and went the extra mile to assist with getting it ordered in the best way possible. I had to call a few times to check on the order and everyone was really friendly. The last time I followed up Brent rushed my order and texted me right away. I think this location is short-handed, but the service is impeccable! Really appreciate it!

I been coming here for the last 6-7 years and has nothing but great results. Dr. Vance Ryan takes his job very professional and offers great advice for your eyes and health. I am in the structural fabrication line of work and wear contacts at least 16 hours each day. I never have issues with the quality of my contacts or have issues with them. I trust Dr. Vance Ryan enough that I know he will offer the best contacts that work for my situation. There has been at least 2 times now that he has removed steel from my eyes and didn't over charge me at all. I highly recommend and consider Dr. Vance Ryan to be one of the best Optometrist in the valley. The staff there are very professional as well and helpful.

Optometrist is wonderful, and I have used this location for many years. The optical center had a staff change. They are extremely unhelpful and usually don't answer the phone. Use the optometrist and take your prescription somewhere else.

As a Google power user and local guide: Take it from me... I actually used their services the past 2 years (not just called). The Dr. is very thorough and professional. The staff is extremely patient (while I took forever to select my frames) and helpful with fit. Thank you!
