Dr Patel is absolutely #1 in my books! My Optometrist sent me to see Dr Patel when he determined that I needed Cataract surgery. He told me that Dr Patel is the best and not to use any other Dr. My Cataract surgery was the easiest surgery I ever had, no side effects and healing went smoothly. HE IS THE BEST! 8 years later I developed a cloudy issue in my right eye. I was very scared I may be loosing my sight, Back I went to Dr Patel and he used a specialized laser to get rid of what was causing the issue. Thank you Dr Patel for your excellent work ethic and care.

Terrible bedside manner. I've been told he is an excellent surgeon. He might be, I have no prior experience with eye surgeons to say one way or the other. However excellent he may be with the scalpel, he demonstrated no people skills during my brief office visits. He actually told me he explained post-op expectations to me thoroughly. I guess that's his opinion. It's certainly not mine .
