I have been to nationwide vision and Walmart places before and never could get glasses that fit good and that I could actually see out of. So I wanted to try a new place and saw this place had great reviews and now I see why! This is the best eye place I've ever been to. I don't know why I've never heard of this place before. The service from start to finish was excellent! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for an eye exam. I went there to get glasses and Hailee examined my eyes and she was explaining every step of my eye exam and asking if I had questions and took her time to explain when I did have a question. She wasn't rushing me through my appointment like most other places do. She found something abnormal during the eye exams and explained I needed to see an optometrist to get a diagnosis as she was not yet an optometrist. She could have just tried to get me glasses to make money but she actually cared about my eye health more. She didn't charge me anything. This place has professional, and pleasant people answering the phone and up front when people walk in. I will definitely come back to get glasses when I go see the optometrist. It's a little farther away from my house but well worth the drive .

Incredibly caring staff and excellent service. I was visiting Phoenix for work and had an urgent issue with one of my eyes on a Saturday. Stanton took me right in within an hour and provided reassurance and information about my eye. The staff were lovely and so kind. The owner was extremely kind, helpful and had decades of optical knowledge and experience. I am very grateful and they would have my full business if I lived in Phoenix! Highly recommend.

I've been going to the same place for years but lately haven't been as satisfied. I came across this place and decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did! I love places that makes it fast and easy to book online. The service and quality of equipment was great. No more dilation needed with an awesome machine that takes pictures of your eyes. Had a wonderful conversation with the owner and Sunshine. From start to finish it was FUN, down to earth and professional all at the same time.

I tried a new eye place that I had never heard of today and had such a great experience that I felt I should probably leave a review for people that solely shop on reviews :). From the moment I walked in, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I've been wearing glasses for many years and have been to many places like Costco, America's Best, Eyeglass World, and Walmart--but this is the first place where someone truly took the time to explain my prescription to me in depth. I have tried contacts in the past, but never had a great experience with the right fit, but they made sure to fully explain their recommendation and even special order a trial for me. Even though they didn't have exactly My prescription in trials on hand, they still let me take something home to try while I waited the week for my exact trials to come in. They didn't just rush me through the exam; they carefully explained what everything meant and offered options that were specific to my eyes and vision. It was even really cool that I got to see an actual picture of my eye and the health of it during the exam. When I scheduled my appointment, I didn't realize this was a hybrid-style exam, where part of it is done in person and part remotely on screen. Honestly, it was a great experience. The process started with the front desk staff (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name), who was extremely pleasant and helped start my exam. I then finished up with the owner, John, who was absolutely amazing--very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I truly understood my prescription and options. There was a small bit of confusion regarding the specials and exam pricing, but it honestly didn't matter in the end because they took great care of me and stayed in my price range. (Even offer financing if you wanted) I was happy with what I paid and very satisfied with the services I received. I definitely recommend this place and will most likely be using them moving forward. I'm so glad Google pointed me here! Side note, it is family owned, and I overheard him saying he runs it with his high school sweetheart. I am absolutely less supporting local business owners as well.

I don't think I've ever met someone as genuinely passionate about their work as John. He gave me thoughtful, practical advice for my eye health and recommended so many helpful options. It's been soooo long since I've been a patient of someone who truly prioritizes my well being even when it might NOT benefit his business. I sincerely appreciate his care and would highly recommend John to anyone.

From the initial visit to the day of pick-up, I was given great attention and care. John made me feel taken care of, overall wonderful customer service. The only thing I would say is if you sign up for Acima, they do not take HSA directly. I pay out of pocket and then I submit my receipt to HSA. On the upside there is different payment plans to help you get your glasses/contacts and the fun part of the experience was how the employees knew which frames fit my face shape and skin color. 10/10 recommend. This place is very gimmicky and has limited selection. I called around and got pricing and whether high or low I got direct answers. This is the only place that was "free exam with purchase" however their purchase was way more what I normally pay. I was quoted $805 and I normally pay $585. This place might be good for kids due to a very limited selection. Plus they advertise same day options. But it's only if they have the lens in stock...and they didn't have any options in stock. Go to Eyeglass World. They've been around longer and they are honest.

Stanton, optical is the only way to go. Period. I called them at four forty in the afternoon, and they said they would fit me in for an appointment as soon as I got there. When I arrived at five o'clock, they were ready to take care of me and my wife pronto, and did not give any guth when it took me twenty minutes past the closing time to pick two pairs of lenses. Side note they also helped me pick out said lenses. I cannot wait to go back and experience more savings. THANK YOU SO MUCH
