Visionworks Arrowhead Towne Center

I have a pair of Tiffany sunglasses that were really bent and I couldn't wear them anymore. I was at the mall for an unrelated trip and decided to stop in to see if they can fix them. As soon as my husband and I walked in, Eva greeted us. I showed her the glasses. she told me she would try to fix them but is not liable if they break since they do not sell those glasses. I told her I understand and I trust her. She stepped away for a moment and when she came back, my glasses were brand new! She cleaned them for me too! I wanted to cry when I put them back on lol I haven't been able to wear them for so long. I did not buy anything from the store and I was in and out. This was completely free! I am SO thankful to Eva!

My schedule is always really tight & I called in for a walk in appt and they got me in within 30 mins! (Just enough time for me to get there) Staff was amazing from check in to checkout. Dr. was awesome and on point. Everything was clean and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with my service and I'll definitely return to this location for my future needs.

The staff were friendly and competent. Optometrist was knowledgeable and professional. Amy the general manager was the best. She was very patient and helpful regarding lens options and frame selection. It was an excellent experience overall.

The service at this Visionworks location is outstanding. The employees here are down-to-earth, humble, and genuinely welcoming -- which is rare to find in many businesses today. Their hospitality made the entire experience comfortable, efficient, and meaningful. You can feel that they care about the people who walk through their doors. Highly recommended.

I am thrilled that I went to Visionworks for a new pair of glasses! The pair I have been wearing was not strong enough for me, and I wasted over $800 out of pocket at another eye doctor about a year ago on a pair of glasses that were way too strong and I could not wear. I recently obtained new insurance and decided to try again as I desperately needed a pair of glasses that I could actually see with. Visionworks did not disappoint!! The eye doctor was knowledgable and understood my eye needs and wrote a Rx that is perfect for me. The folks there also helped me get a nice new pair of COACH glasses that I love, along with the outdoor tint that I really wanted, especially for the AZ sun! I love them so much I went back for a second back-up pair.

Shelly is amazing! I got a pair of glasses in August at a different location that I had several issues with. I had been to several different locations to have them adjusted and/ or look for a new pair. I found the same exact frames that showed there was clearly something wrong with my frames, inside the exchange period, but was told the widening is normal when lenses are switched and regardless there was nothing that could be done. (Photo provided: mine are on the right, new pair on the left. This was at Tempe Marketplace location) Shelly found my same frames, verified they would in fact fit/ look better, and popped my lenses out to exchange there and then. And the frames did not widen from being switched. The glasses that had been permanently crooked and digging into my ear are no more! Out of all the locations and all the employees, she was the only one to solve the problem! I wear my glasses any moment I'm awake so no longer having pain from them is a game changer! Not only did she provide exceptional customer service, but she is the most knowledgeable employee I have come across. She really knows the ins and outs of anything/ everything glasses. I highly recommend anyone who comes here ask for Shelly.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The process to make an appt and get an eye exam is very easy. The Dr. Is great and helpful when finding what you need for your eyes. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My son had appointment with me and he had such a bad experience from the last place we went to. The staff here was so patience and so sweet to him . They basically talk him through everything and even though I was stressed out, he wasn't. I am so lucky to have came to this place will definitely continue to come.
