America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I came in with my bent/crooked glasses, that I didn't even purchase here & Xavier fixed them right up in no time! He was so nice & knowledgeable. I was in and out, super quick & my glasses are back to perfect! Thanks so much!

I recently visited America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Each time I've been there, the wait has been incredibly long, which is frustrating in itself. On my second visit, I had to wait an astonishing 20 minutes just to pick up my wife's contacts. After that long wait, I was never even assisted, so I left without the contacts because I had to pick up my daughter from school. This is simply unacceptable. It seems they do not prioritize convenience for their customers at all. I expected a quicker process, especially for a straightforward pickup. Overall, my experiences have disappointed me, and I can't recommend them based on their lack of efficiency and consideration for customer time.

I went in to pick up my glasses and unfortunately they weren't thin like they were supposed to be so Julie was kind enough to help me and let me know that she would get it taken care of and that I would just have to pay $40 but she couldn't collect at the time of Service because she had to go ahead and work with my insurance to backdate it since I was no longer with that employer It's been a month so I called on Thursday and never got a call back even though they were looking into it ... I called today, Saturday to follow up since they haven't and Xavier "the manager" was nothing but rude and belittling as if I was supposed to know that they refunded the glasses to my insurance that I'm no longer with and they never took care of rectifying my lenses because of the $40 fee that I was waiting to pay when I picked up my glasses per Julie . Absolutely ridiculously unprofessional, and I will never be giving America's best my time and money again after using them for two decades all because of this this location

This office has been frustrating since day 1. Doctors communication is a little off and staff is ridiculous! I initially paid $370 for a paid of glasses the girl failed to let me know the maker of glasses brand is going to pick a random frame. So when I received them it took me a few days to realize they were not the ones I picked out. Luckily I took a picture of the original picked out frame to show my daughter. Was able to compare and was able to change them out, I had to wait an additional week to get the ones I reordered. Then clearly I was told that Rx is good for glasses and contacts and then I tried calling to look into getting a contact lens price months after I received glasses and they said I need another exam so pay up, that there is no notes to use a contact rx. Not coming back. Not sure how the business is running but reviews feel dishonest. This is why I came to begin with but not really I will find a different eye doctor. I'm good the inconvenience of this place is insane! And they act like whatever. Disappointing.

I'm very happy with the customer service, the doctor the appointment and glasses frame. I'm a difficult to fit glasses but all of the attendance associates are amazing. Recommended. Oh they did took my insurance that paid for everything. So very convenient. Hours are great and glasses took not to long.

Awesome team. They made my boys feel comfortable when we were getting their glasses. Both of my boys are on the spectrum. They were treated so well. Great job. Plus, prices for frames are great!

I have been to America's best before and had a good experience so I thought I'll try them again and they didn't disappoint. The first pair had a mistake but they sent them back and fixed the issue. I had stopped at another vision center and they wanted 3 times the amount for an exam and glasses. Why would anyone spend that much more for the same service that America's Best provides. Thank goodness there is a place like America's best so I don't have to spend a fortune on an exam and glasses.

Optometrist is great. Staff in the optical sales is horrible. Was to busy on their phone to communicate she couldn't find an item left us standing around for over 30 mins waiting to "find" and item.
