Horrible customer service. If you ask a question they get defensive. The glasses I picked up yesterday both side of the temple looked like it was stretch out. It wouldn't hold on to my head. I asked Monica what happened, she said I don't know and walked out and gave the glasses to someone else. The corner of one of the glasses the design was chipped and you can feel it. It seems this was used not new. Monica who attended me was very rude to begin with. I've been coming here for 3years and this is the last time. Also wanted the glasses to be thin and got big goggle glasses. The money is not an issue but there's no great customer service only employees ready to get to the next customer to finish there job to get home. The reviews are true people, enter at your Own risk!

Absolutely horrible. Wrong prescription... doc was very new and didn't know what she was doing. Used my Medicare Advantage benefit to purchase glasses... I still had to pay over $300 on top of Medicare Advantage vision benefit of $300 for very basic glasses. The frames and glasses are the cheapest quality. I order from Zenni online for 1/5th as much, and their glasses are wonderful... puts Nationwide glasses to shame. They are too tight at the temples yet slide down my face. Poor lenses and frames look like Dollar store frames, but not as good. I shall NEVER, EVER RETURN AND WASTE MY MONEY EVER AGAIN. I haven't worn these low-quality, inferior glasses even once... so sad!

The eye exam itself was smooth and professional. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. The overall process was fairly quick and efficient.
However, I did have a minor issue at the front desk. When I apologized for not having my ID on hand, one of the receptionists made a few unnecessarily sarcastic remarks. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did come off as a bit unprofessional and could have been handled with more courtesy.
That said, the clinical staff made up for the experience, and I'd still recommend Nationwide Vision for eye care needs. Just hope for a better front desk interaction next time.

I took my son to get his eyeglasses. They have messed them up so they ship them back out to get new ones and it's been like a month since all this has happened and I tried to call in today Christmas Eve because it says that they're open to get My Son 's glasses and it's not open
