I purchased these stylish Vogue glasses for readers and they are so beautiful! Alexis was a big help in getting me 50% off of a second pair. Gotta love a rep that helps you to get more for your dollar.

Alexis was amazing! I had an unused benefit that she took the time to educate me on and make sure that I got the most out of my money. She also made sure that I was able to take care of the buy one get one 50% off before I missed out. She walked around and found glasses that was the same shape as the first pair but different colors and was really personable. She was the best!

Dr. Durga Yerramilli and the staff are wonderful! My appointment was easy to schedule, the wait was short, and the team was very friendly. Dr. Yerramilli was thorough and explained everything clearly during the exam. I especially liked that they prioritize hygiene by cleaning the equipment in front of you. A great, professional, and friendly office!

Got rescheduled 4 different times for an appointment somewhere else, so we came here and got an immediate appointment :3 loved the people tar were working' they were nice and silly. Also, I look Hella fine in my new glasses too XD

Didn't even make it to having appt just popped in to ask an associate what the widest frame they had in stock. There were 3 associates there one was leaving and other was At register and the older looking one I mistakenly approached to ask at the desk. The associate appearance was unapproachable no smile or charm to say good evening to even look up and acknowledge. I posed the question of what was widest frame size they. Immediately told that there's no sizes and got defensive and acted like I was uneducated in regards to glasses mind you glasses are not one size fits all. Glasses do have sizing but I wasn't gonna argue with someone who doesn't have time of day for patient/customer. First of all I've been wearing glasses for 20 years and I have never had any issues asking an office if they had wide frames. The whole interaction was very unprofessional to be frank I get the fact it's end of day and she was probably tired but doesn't give her a pass to be rude and condescending. I can easily say every time I get glasses even with insurance I spend about 300-500 and don't mind it but to sit there and act like I'm some sort of inconvenience to her was downright disrespectful. Instead of arguing with her I gave up walked away and probably won't come back especially not to someone who acts like they ain't got any common sense especially being old enough to understand how basic communication skills for a business setting operate. I think I will opt to go back to the target optical in phoenix although this store is closer but won't have to deal with that rude old bat. This is definitely a missed opportunity for her as customer service is engraved in the job role she is in and well if she doesn't like her job maybe different accommodations can be made for her as this role obviously does not suit her nonexistent talents of customer service.

Excellent visit. Doctor was fast yet listened to my concerns/issues with my vision. The rest of the staff from intake to frame fitting were incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely use this service again.
