Dr. Matthew Keller is amongst the best in the nation. He treats you with complete compassion, provides holistic body care, not just focusing on your eyes, but your whole body for healing. I have seen him for several months now for severe dry eyes, and he has treated me aggressively, but also looking for contributing factors to my severe dry eyes. He genuinely cares about every one of his patients. You are not just a number to him. You are a soul. In the healthcare industry, it is extremely hard to find a provider who actually cares about you. I recommend everyone even if it means taking a trip to Goodyear to come and visit Dr. Keller. I have been a registered nurse for 20 years and have hired multiple optometrists, but I have never found one like him. Honestly, I've met very few doctors in general that are as caring and knowledgeable as he is. Additionally, his assistant, Heather, is absolutely amazing. She is always there to listen and provide guidance under his direction and is happy to assist you in any of your needs. When you call, you're not just another person on the phone you're part of a family, the family of VISIONWORKS in Goodyear. VISIONWORKS is extremely fortunate to have such a great team. This team is definitely the best in Phoenix metropolitan area.

This is my second visit to this Visionworks location and I continue to be impressed. Online appointment scheduling is easy and there is good availability. Check in process was a breeze. All staff members were attentive and pleasant. Dr. Keller is amazing! He authentically wants to meet your vision needs and is informative about the process. Once we moved to selecting new frames and lenses it was a pleasant, no-sales-pressure experience. There was respect that I was looking for the best price with my insurance and willingness to look up costs on a few options. Will continue to use this location for our family's eye care needs.

Everything, from the first minute I walked into the store with a prescription from my non-Visionworks ophthalmologist to shop for new glasses, to the time I spent with employees on the retail side helping me make the perfect selection, to the time spent with Visionworks' optometry department to get a second opinion recheck on my original prescription (which turned out to be incorrect), through the professional, thorough exam to get the correct prescription was great! They have my repeat business and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I am always cared for exceedingly well. Staff want you to be happy with your choice of frames. Need an adjustment ? Staff are happy to take care of you. My favorite Staff member is Sarah. She is pleasant and I can feel the fact that she cares about her customers.

The staff at this Visionworks is amazing. They have bent over backwards 3 different times to find a prescription for my glasses that works for me. Getting an appointment was fast and easy. They are friendly and very helpful.

I wish I could recall the ladies name, but I am sure it is in the computer for the glasses I ordered but she spent 44 minutes with me on the phone discussing glasses. I did have a frame I picked out from my last visit to the store, but she was awesome!! Explained all of the options and answered questions about the differences in options for me and related to costs as I took awhile to get glasses considering what I may get next year in February. I ended up with anti glare blue blocker and really appreciated all the help. The store is very busy on Saturday, but I got to finish the final decision and discuss options for next year over the phone and very pleased.

Christina is an excellent associate who is knowledgeable and sincere in her care and concern for each customer. I was not happy with my contacts and she ensured that the concerns were communicated with the doctor side. She also took time to help me order my glasses and made me feel heard and important. She is the reason all my family members have scheduled with your company.

I just had the best vision appointment I've ever experienced at VisionWorks in Goodyear. The whole visit was quick, fun, and professional. The doctor really cared, and every staff member brought their own personality, which made the experience feel welcoming. After the exam, moving over to the eyeglass area was awesome--the layout was well done and easy to navigate. The person who helped me with customer service had amazing energy, a fun sense of style, and made me feel 100% comfortable while choosing frames. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend VisionWorks in Goodyear to anyone. Five stars all the way--this place is pure sweetness!
