Office staff was friendly and efficient. The nurse tech who operated the machines for vision testing was wonderful... friendly, compassionate, and had excellent knowledge of equipment. Dr. Wilson was equally professional and caring. He explained the vision tests results, showed me records from the last exam, and thoroughly summarized the prognosis. I felt as though my well-being truly mattered, and I would highly recommend Dr Wilson to others.

Dr. Wilson is thorough, highly knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and explains things very clearly. The office is always immaculate, well organized and has the latest technology. I have been getting glasses my whole life and you can assume ive been to many differant location throughout my 30+ years. This place takes the cake for being the worst. It started when i ordered glasses and they gave me a lead time on them of 1-2 weeks. They never even called for 3 weeks after i called them and gave me the responce," Well, lenses take time to make", I then asked why no phone call? They said," we are busy".
So much for customer service..... Any way i made them eat half the price of the glasses.
Well thinking it couldnt get worse the second time, which i should have called it quits, I called to make an appt on their voice mail. Well, that was a week ago and no call back still.
I went to another location and made an appt, got my glasses, and could not be happier.
