I had a good experience when I visited the clinic for the first time. I was seen and asked questions and it took only a few minutes before I saw Dr. Hartzell. He got right to work and within another few minutes I was discussing his findings and I had the opportunity to ask him questions. I was then sent to reception area and after getting another appointment I was checked out. I am so pleased with my appointment. I had to wait over a year to get an appointment and then wait another year for follow up where I used to live. All staff was very polite and efficient. A great Eye Center.

The assistant that took my information before seeing Dr. Hartzell was professional, yet friendly and conversational. I was very pleased witht he results of the treatment plan Dr. Hartzell had recommended and I have shown good progess since the last visit due to following his recommendations.
