I very much appreciate Desert Eye and especially Dr. Rosen. Everyone is very professional. Dr. Rosen performed cataract surgery on both my eyes and now I have amazing vision. I now do not need to wear contacts or glasses. After 40 years of contacts, I am free from them. The surgery and recovery went very well. Dr. Rosen uses the dropless procedure which makes the entire process easy. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen and Desert Eye.

We love Desert Eye Associates. Rickey helped us yesterday in the Green Valley location. He was very nice and knew his job well. Everyone there was so nice to work with. We saw Dr Marra. Had a floatation problem with my right eye and Dr Pfau made the time to schedule me in. Dr Pfau is absolutely a professional complimented with a friendly and caring attitude. His assistant Marisa is also a joy with extensive knowledgeable. The new AI system for scheduling is an absolute atrocity. Have a human answer the phone especially when the reception desk has time to eat breakfast in front of everyone.

Marisa demonstrates competence. Her ability to perform various vision diagnostic tests is strong. She is respectful, kind, and has excellent communication skills.

I have worn glasses for 55 years, and I have never ever been to an eye care center that charges for an eyeglass prescription!!! You better have a thick wallet because it's not just the prescription that could cost you. At check-in, one of the forms to sign (if you want it) refers to refraction. I know the definition and have never heard it used to refer to an eyeglass prescription. I was told there would be a cost of $50* to get a copy of my prescription, and it's not covered by insurance. * in addition to the office visit charge The other issue was regarding co-payment and once again the receptionist and, the office manager insisted that I HAD to pay the co-pay. I have dual insurance coverage which means the secondary insurance picks up the remaining balance not paid by the primary insurance. This has been the case for me the past seven years. Both women insisted this was incorrect. I paid! Now two weeks after this encounter, I was surprised that the co-pay was refunded back to my account -\_(tu)_/- who knew, hmm guess I did! The receptionists needs to be replaced. She's terrible with people, and because of her, I will not be returning here. Thank you to Dr Rosen

I've been seeing Dr.Felix since 2021. Have never had a negative experience... the M.A. that prepared me for my exam today was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. The only negative was the new front office person that had previously been super rude to me as a customer when she worked at Nationwide Vision next to Jimmy John's. Her customer service is lacking and that is exactly how remember who she is. Hope she steps it up because the rest of the staff is amazing.

The staff is extremely nice anytime I've been there. I've left 2 voicemails asking for a call back because I am having an issue with my contact prescription. I haven't received a call back at all. I sent a message through the patient portal so hopefully I get a response that way.

I have been an annual patient at Desert Eye since we moved to Green Valley. I had, what I thought, an emergency situation. I was able to get on the same day, not to my doctor but to an associate, Dr Aaron. He did a very thorough exam on both eyes and assured me it would heal. He was very compassionate, took time, explained everything very well and asked several times if I had any questions. Thank you Dr Aaron!!'
