Great customer service. I love my new glasses & sun glasses ! The Dr is very nice & calm, helps ease some of the nerves. The staff is friendly, patient & they have a good sense of humor! It's the 2nd time I've gone to them for my optical needs! I went in on a Thursday, & got both pairs of glasses the following Wednesday! Not even a full week. I highly recommend them, & I will keep going to them as my eyesight changes.

While visiting Lake Havasu City, I dropped a new pair of glasses and one of the lens popped out of the frame. I stopped by on a Saturday morning and asked if someone could help me put the lens back into the frame. The staff were friendly and helpful and got the lens back in and didn't charge me!

I've been going to nationwide for quite some time now. They are very professional. The doctor is very kind and help you to understand what is going on. The girls up front are very polite and ready to help. They have so many frames to pick from. Very nice ones. The quality of the glasses are great.. I have a small face and it was easy to find a frame to fit. They have anything you want for your lenses.. I would recommend them very much. Give them a try and I bet you'll come back again to stay.

I bought new glasses out of state when I got back to Havasu I realized they kept sliding down.I called Nationwide vision and spoke with Donna.I explained about my glasses and she said come right in and she would fix them.When I got there I was greeted by Kai with a big smile,Donna came right over to me and fixed my glasses at no charge.Highly recommend going there.

I would go somewhere else. I've waited over 20 days now for my glasses to arrive; I ordered them on June 7th. As of July 2nd -- I'm still waiting and have spoken with them 4 times about the situation. Also, they do exams over video calls ?? During my appointment the connection was spotty, so hopefully my prescription is accurate.

Mine and my daughter's review would be for Jackie. Jackie is awesome just needed help for my daughter who is very hesitant about picking the new pair of glasses she got her to pick some glasses very friendly very helpful. We end coming at the wrong time a hour early but she worked us and got us out of there before our original appointment time . Jackie your freaking awesome amazing customer service skills. she should be a manager at least a assistant manager Thanks for all your help Jackie!!!
