I've been going to Dr. Burgener every year for 21 years and I'm still returning. Great place, with great staff, friendly atmosphere and a very clean business. Dr. Burgener is very kind and listens to all concerns I may have. Carmen explained everything in a kind professional manner. Great place to get your eyes checked at a reasonable cost. See you next year!

My son had to take a special color vision test for the FAA and was referred to Riverview Vision Center by his AME. This place was amazingly friendly, very efficient and the doctor went above and beyond to help my son with documentation of this test. He even did a full exam just for more documentation for him! Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place for all your eye care needs! We drove 3.5 hrs just to go here!

My wife and I went into this place which high hopes. The lady at the front desk is real nice and sweet. The doctor was pleasant and informative. Then it came time to pick a pair of glasses. It was gonna be 1100.00 for two pair of glasses. I had to settle for one pair. The lady leading me through the process was not pleasant. I felt like I was putting her out. My wife ordered contact lenses. She was told she would get a call when they came in. After three weeks, my wife called asking about them. They had been there for two weeks. Nice. My glasses finally came in. I was excited to see again. I wore them for two weeks and they fell apart. I work three hours away and my only choice was to glue them together the best I could. Three days later the broke again. I could not fix them at all. I brought them in four weeks ago to get them repaired. It took about two weeks to have them made so I thought it would not take long. I called a week later and was told they would be shipping that day. A week later, I called again and was told they have not shipped yet and basically not to call them again. They would call me when they get them. Today, is two weeks later. No call yet so now I want a refund. I called and spoke to the very nice, sweet lady at the front desk. Guess what! They showed up just today. lol. Sure. I cannot not get a refund. I am stuck with them. I will hate them every time I look at myself wearing them. They will likely end up in my trash bin. Not ever going back. You should never go.

Went and had my eye exam and the receptionist was great, the Dr was very nice, I liked him. But when it came to picking out my glasses, I'm assuming it was the office manager, she was on the phone yelling at that person one the other end and when she got off the phone and loudly said it was a Veteran and a VA problem, well I'm a Veteran and now I'm not so sure I want to continue using this office. Not only did I feel uncomfortable about this so was my husband. They also had issues as to my husband and his insurance, he even called his insurance people and they told him they absolutely were in the network.

Horrible experience to the point I asked for my money back and they said a 50% restocking fee. At the 1.200 dollars I spent ,that is 600 dollars free to doctor Evans and his colleagues. My name is Nelldeen Evans and I am going to Better Business Bureau and encourage everyone to do the same if they have issues with this establishment it's very easy and they respond promptly. Ashley was the most rude disrespectful person I have ever experienced and her manager is protecting her. I think both job's should be terminated and nice people hired. They never offer the color of lenses they are real scandalous.

Absolutely love this place. Had been back twice with problems with my glasses . Every time they were very accommodating. I asked if I could try some different frames because the ones I had just were not working for me . After talking with managers , they happily exchanged them for me. Anne and Kyle are awesome, very friendly and proffesional Will not go anywhere else , the best in town .

Took my son he is 5 with autism they were wonderful to him.

Had a great time. The doctors and staff were all awesome. I have been to a lot of eye doctors and this team is my personal favorite. They did a great job on my exam and their glasses selection was great. I will be coming back for all my eye visits.
