Had a wonderful experience here after my last attempt at getting eye glasses failed. Finally being able to see clearly makes life more enjoyable. The front desk staff were welcoming and even when I call they are nice. The girl who did my eye tests and initial exam was kind and patient with me while I did tests I never had done before and even helped adjust my head gently when I had trouble positioning my left side against the machine. The doctor who did the actual exam itself was kind, respectful and thorough in his exam and was patient with me when I needed extra time to make sure I picked the slides I could see better on. I had to get glasses for far away and close up but it's wonderful being able to see clearly.

Front desk staff is incompetent, computer illiterate, and rude. They never respond to any email inquiries, and are completely confounded trying to fulfill an order for contacts placed through their own website. Over the phone they are disrespectful and refuse to take any responsibility. I don't wear contacts very often, but was planning a future vacation and thought it would be nice to have some for the trip. I had an eye exam here earlier in the year, and got some trial contacts which I liked, so I put in an order on their website for some. I get a confirmation email for my order. Weeks go by, no contacts. I email them, no response. I finally call them and am told that, not only could they not find my order from the confirmation number in my email, but my contact prescription hadn't been "finalized" anyway so they couldn't sell me the contacts. They finalized my prescription and then told me I should now be able to place a new order online successfully. I place my order online again. I get another confirmation email. Weeks go by again. I email them with no response again. I call again, and after reading the new confirmation number, I am told they have once again lost the order entirely. What's more, they then had the audacity to tell me that my prescription had now expired after all this back and forth, so if I wanted contacts at all I would have to come in and pay for another eye exam first. When protesting how absolutely ridiculous that was, I was told I could just go someplace else then. So I am doing exactly that, and just leaving this 1 star review for you on my way out.

I've been going here for a few years and love it! I usually get Mercedes for my tech and she is amazing!! I recently got new glasses and one of the lenses popped out and I went in unscheduled today for some help getting it back in right and she was so happy to help! And got them all fixed up! I truly am excited to work with her on my new glasses each time!

Great people, great expertise, but they have a policy that does not allow purchase of a single lens for a one-good-eye person.

The Doctor and visit was great. Thankfully my kid didn't need vision correction at all. But 2 years later and I had to block you guys TONS of spam emails and even Robo-Calls, and we're not even customers anymore! I keep 'unsubscribing' but it does nothing. I guess they sent my info to some marketing company. Not cool

Dr. Lux was absolutely amazing, I love that you can tell how passionate and excited she is about her job. She really went above and beyond! And, as usual, the entire front office staff and the tech/assistant were very kind.

Great patient/customer experience. Great team of professionals.

I definitely recommend this! The girl that I got for my exams was so funny and made me so comfortable.
