I have to disagree with several of the reviews. My experience was that the staff was courteous and professional. Wait times were minimal. All exams were painless and quick. Dr. Eytan was very knowledgeable, helpful and comforting. Within 2 and a half months of my first arrival, I had cataract surgery on both eyes and am now seeing as well as I did nearly 40 years ago. I never once found anything to complain about and am elated that I went there.

I have been seeing Dr. Zaki to deal with my eye issues. She has run many tests to decide what to do and in what order. My situation is complicated and I have been impressed with her knowledge and thoroughness. She has me working on my dry eyes and then I will be having cataract surgery. She and her staff are excellent.

I would love to give them a 5 star but some people need to learn that talking crap about a patient while the patient is within earshot is really rude and not appreciated.

Dr Zaki is one of the most caring doctors I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. She has worked with me for 4 months tryinng to achieve better eyesight. She is very knowledgeable and really takes an interest in your well being. Unfortunately, I'm moving several states away, but if I can't find someone as great as her I'll be flyinng back just to see her.

They have very out of date technology compared to other Clinics. They need to get bigger spaces for the amount of clients they have. Very cheap of them not to have already especially with all the cataract surgeries they've had over the past few years.

Dr. Vayalil gave me the most rigorous eye exam I've ever had. She discovered my baby cataracts and a tiny bleed in one eye. She was extremely thorough in mapping my eyes and looking for irregularities. She is professional and seems devoted to excellence in patient care. I just moved here, and I consider myself very lucky to have found such a great Optometrist.

I have been using this business to treat my cataracts in both eyes. The process to get my cataract surgery completed took over 3 months. On average the pre op appointments took 2 plus hours. During the appointment times, my face to face contact with the techs and the doctor was brief. I spent extended periods of time in a patient holding area waiting for my turn to actually see the techs or the doctor. At my last appointment, for a 1 week post surgery check, while waiting I had a conversation with another patient who was expressing her frustrations with the extended wait times. I was then called into and examination room where I met with the doctor. During this face to face time she expressed her frustration with my conversation with the other patient. She struggled to transition from expressing her frustration to resuming her portion of the post op appointment. I felt that I was being scolded by her for daring to discuss my frustration over repeated wait times with another patient. At this point, my son and I had to insist, with multiple requests, that she resume her part in completing the appointment. Two days after the appointment I received a phone call from the office manager that my upcoming surgery appointment for removal of the cataract on my second eye, which was scheduled for the next week had been cancelled and that they were terminating my status as a patient with this practice. So now I am in the position of starting over with another doctor to have my second cataract removed. I would not recommend anyone using this vision practice for their eye care needs due to these extended wait times.

Loved Dr. Zaki. I felt I had an indepth eye exam. Was referred to her by Retinologist. My concern were Corneas but was relieved when Dr. Zaki said corneas were fine; however, there were things she wanted clarification. I have severe dry eye and have had it for a very long time but recently, my eyes are much worse, symptoms of being on fire on and in eyes-burning. Dr Zaki seemed concerned and said I needed to be on restasis (not my first time) among other things. She said she was sending e-script to my Pharmacy that day and I could pick up at Pharmacy so I could get started on meds. Checked on prescrription, not received by Pharmcy. Call the Pharmacy the next day and prescription was not there. I called today and spoke with Peoria office hoping someone could call in prescription today. I was told that office where I was seen is not opened for 2 more days and should call Sun City West in two days when they open. That's 7 days from being told to start applying medication. I am disappointed. Plus, it takes time for prescription to start working. I should have asked for a written script.
