Dr. Holloway is my favorite! Paris is amazing too.
I chose this office over Target Optical because of the great reviews, and they absolutely deserve every 5-star rating. Dr. Holloway takes her time with each patient to make sure they leave seeing better and feeling taken care of. She never makes me feel like I'm asking too many questions or being a bother.
You can tell she truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about her patients. She even knows us by name and really listens to what we're saying. That level of care is rare, and I'm so glad we found this place.

Night and day experience! I've been going to a large chain in town for years and my experience here was leaps and bounds better. Dr Holloway's communication style was so resonant. The perfect balance of informative, without being overwhelming, and patient. Her office had all the new technology - it had me feeling like I was living in the future! Her office was also very clean with a good selection of lens styles. Best of all, she was able to replace my scratched up lenses on the spot!! No regrets by trying out a new eye studio and I loved supporting a small, woman-owned business. Highly recommend her for the whole family!

It's wonderful to have such an excellent optometry practice here in Peoria. Dr. Karie opened this new location in March 2025, and we feel very fortunate to have found her and her team. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, with a great selection of frames (including Evo and Maui Jim) and the latest eye-care technology for thorough and accurate diagnostics.
The staff is friendly, efficient, and respectful of your time, and the ample parking is a definite bonus. After being told by multiple optometrists that I wasn't a candidate for contact lenses, Dr. Cary took the time to find a solution and fit me with contacts that work perfectly for my active lifestyle.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone new to the area or anyone unsure about their current eye care provider. This is absolutely the place to go.

Dr. Holloway was extremely thorough with her exam and very informative. I noticed a small white spot on my iris that looked strange, so I decided to come in. It turned out to be a tiny foreign object trapped in my cornea that had begun to scar. She was able to remove it the same day, and I'm so grateful! I'd never experienced anything like that before, so I'm really glad I gave this place a try. I will definitely be back in the future for prescription sunglasses and other eye care needs.
