A wide selection at various price points and even if you don't have insurance, there are usually sales of some sort going on so it's worth a look whenever you're in the area and keep track of sales for the best deals. The day I went I not only had exceptional service from everyone from the desk to the exam to the ordering, and as usual, Dr. Nguyen-Vu. It was extra fun since it was Ugly Holiday Sweater Day so everyone was extra fun and upbeat yet as professional as ever. I really appreciated how much help I received to get the most of my insurance benefits such as adding in anti-reflective and blue light protection. The reason I can't give 5 stars is that during the course of the year I had trouble reaching them by phone, and the first order I placed took close to 6 weeks to get since it was on back order and I think I should have been contacted and asked if I wanted to wait that long or pick another frame that was in stock. That's not a problem with this particular office but one that Nationwide as a company should be dealing with re: their supply chain and also ensuring phone inquiries can be handled better.

My experience was very pleasant. I had fun Gabby! She's a blast. Lacey is extremely informative and enthusiastic, which I really like. I was so happy with all the ladies there. They rock!

I have been coming here for a few years now, and have had nothing but positive experiences! Dr. Ngyuen has always done a great job to ensure my prescription is accurate and is very knowledgeable. This time, Lacey and Gabby helped me out with ordering my contacts and glasses frames. We had a great time throughout the process and they are both very friendly and personable! They took their time with me to ensure that I was going to be happy with my purchase.

I recently took my family here for new glasses and contacts, and despite having some challenges with our insurance, the staff went above and beyond to help us. They took their time, were incredibly patient, and truly treated us like VIPs. Everyone was kind, attentive, and amazing with my entire family. I highly recommend this place-- their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you Lacey, Gaby and Angelia for such a great experience!

I have been to this office many times with my other child who requires glasses. The staff have always been lovely. However, the office has multiple glade plug-ins on all of the outlets in the waiting room, and this synthetic fragrance is so overpowering it burned my throat and my eyes I had to wait outside until my son's appointment Because it was so strong. I would highly recommend discontinuing the use of the synthetic fragrances at the very least, reducing it to one for the entire office

Such friendly and sweet staff! Lacey helped me pick great glasses, Hannah was friendly and welcoming, and Isabel made me feel totally comfortable. Gabby answered my questions quickly. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nationwide Vision Center. I scheduled my appointment in mid-December, nearly a month in advance. Two hours before my scheduled Saturday appointment, I received a call informing me that they could not confirm my insurance because it was the weekend. This is unacceptable. They had weeks to verify my coverage prior to the appointment and should not have waited until the last minute to address this. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was transferred to another staff member who presented herself as a manager, but it later became clear she was not. I then requested to speak with the regional manager and was told I would receive a call. Instead, hours later, I received a call from the store manager. I explained that I was waiting to hear from Jake, the regional manager, and was told he would be available until Monday. It has now been three weeks, and I still have not received a call from the regional manager. As of February 14, there has been no follow-up or communication regarding my concerns. The staff appears poorly trained, gives customers the runaround, and attempts to charge fees that may not apply. I strongly encourage anyone visiting this location to verify what your insurance covers beforehand and carefully review your receipts to ensure you are only being charged appropriately. Very disappointing experience overall.

Great selection of glasses and super friendly staff! Lacey and Hannah made it super fun, and easy. They were professional and knowledgeable... not too mention great taste in glasses. I desperately needed an eye exam and new glasses. After assesing my needs, they immediately spoke to the doctor and arranged an exam for me right away! If you need great service, friendly staff and amazing glasses, this is the place for you! Thank you, ladies!!!
