Wonderful visit. I like that dr. There at 91ave and olive. Been going there every year. I like the girl working there Sylvia. She was very thorough and explaining my options for purchasing the contacts and very kind and friendly.I will continue to be going there for years on end.

You're never going to get better service than you do at this company with these wonderful people that all they want to do is help you to have the best experience you could possibly have. They were wonderful they were great they went above and beyond my expectations. Awesome people

My visit was great. I was just missing reading test. I needed to know which otc for reading glasses till my Eyewear comes in & left b4 getting it. They call and gave me that later. I'll repost after seeing how I receive my new Eyewear.

Short version, for people who don't want to read a long review: don't waste your time and money. I originally tried to call because my contacts prescription was out of date and I desperately needed new contacts and I normally order online but couldn't until I hadn't updated prescription so I thought this place was close to me and I would go ahead and give them a shot. My first call was on Monday. No one answered the phone and I left a detailed voicemail explaining why I was calling and I asked for a call back as instructed by their call system. After 24 hours past, I tried calling again was on hold for a few minutes. I heard someone pick up the receiver and then immediately set the phone back down to hang up. At first, I thought it was an accident so I immediately called back stayed on hold for a few more minutes and then when the phone is answered, I can hear the receptionist giggling and laughing with her coworkers before she even greets me and I felt like I was dismissed as soon as the call was taken. During the call, I explained that I needed a contact lens exam and I asked for the price and I was told that it would be $80. So I say great and I make the appointment for Thursday. The office was clean. The staff was friendly. In fact everything was going fine until the end of the appointment when it was time to pay And the lady working at the front desk tells me that I owe $164. No, I'm confused by this because I explained very clearly that I needed a contact lens exam multiple times during the call and was quoted $80 - So she starts explaining to me that contact lens exam is an additional cost on top of the eyeglass exam, which is the base price that I was never informed of on the phone. They're also trying to tell me oh I didn't even know you wanted to come in for contact lens exam Until you were here and in the room because we had you marked down for an eyeglass exam. I just wanna be clear that there is no reality where I was not extremely specific about needing a contact lens exam while I was on that phone call because I don't wear glasses. I don't even own a pair of glasses. I only wear contacts. They were purposely elusive about the price and then tried to gaslight me and tell me that they told me which they did not. They then started to complain about how services had already been rendered so I had to pay the full $164 and there was nothing they could do about it. They couldn't even provide me with temporary contacts until I could get new ones even though my eyes were agitated and in pain from old contacts. Additionally, they quoted me a price of 116 Additional dollars on top of that appointment to actually order six months worth of contacts. That's an insane price. I went home and ordered six months worth for 80 bucks online with my new prescription. This location is a joke. They will take advantage of you and then gaslight you to make you think that it was your fault. Do not go here.

I had a bad experience with the doctor. He got upset with me because he said I kept saying the same number when showing me pictures on the testing. He said quit saying the same number. I was having problems seeing drops I got. He was rude and I will not go back inless he was gone. The staff was kind and friendly, but doctor rude.

They incorrectly billed my insurance to where my insurance didn't cover my contact lenses fitting. They refused to fix it and now I have a collections company calling me to pay a balance that I feel that I do not owe. I will never do business with this location again.

Raquel was very polite generous nice and fast replacing nose pads. Definitely coming back.

Visiting Nationwide Vision to have refraction exam and to order new glasses was an excellent experience. Services were on time and professionally performed with friendly smiles and caring attitudes.
