Westbrook Vision Center

Both sets of lenses I've had these people make are perfect. I wear progressive lenses and the last place I went to goofed three sets of them. I wanted to thank Westbrook Vision Center for their excellent work.

Dr Bethanie Deemer is excellent and I have seen her for years. Staff are professional and friendly and the office is clean and equipment is sanitized after every client. They have a large selection of classes and professionals to help you choose frames. Yelka, Optician was very helpful in our choosing lenses.

Everyone at Westbrook Vision was kind, welcoming, and very efficient. Dr. Smith took time to explain the health of my eyes in detail but in terms I could understand. My visit exceeded my expectation and I recommend Westbrook Vision to anyone looking for excellent eyecare.

I have a son with special needs that needed to be fitted for Tomato Glasses and I was blown away with the support and encouragement provided by Liz and Yelka. Liz was so patient and kind when helping him pick out glasses and get the right size, and Yelka walked him through trying them on and adjusting them when the glasses came in. Thank you for providing such excellent service with grace and patience.

10/11/24: I hope Dr Smith or office manager sees this. Wow! 1. First pair of lenses was not completed what i ordered. Pushed out 1 1/2 weeks for the new lenses. 2. Ordered a back up pair. Went to pick up today. Lenses were NOT completed as ordered. I believe Liz helped me on both. Today she did not apologize for her screw up. I ordered these back when specially got next Tuesday travel. So two pairs were placed wrong by this optical person. How not difficult to place an order with items enterdin PC. Very frustrating. And really it should not happen. Paid $400+ for back up and don't have them for my trip. Dr. Smith is great. Professional and explained at tests and results. Much appreciated that. However, the front desk staff were not too pleasant. And seemed to treat me like an old female person, that can't hear, and me being an idiot. Phones were ringing constantly and she just kept saying please hold, please hold... Odd. I would not want to be one of those people. Customer service / staff is crucial in this world... for future customers and current customers. I've seen many older people go elsewhere for health care due to poor service and the staff.
