COME HERE FIRST!! From start to finish, the entire experience was kind, warm, and welcoming. They made both my daughter and i feel completely at ease, which means so much as a parent. The only thing I wish is that they had a Scottsdale location!!

Scheduling was super easy, the office was busy but the wait time was minimal. Everyone was super good with my little dude. OD Abela was fantastic and explained things very well. No one tried pushing any unnecessary stuff at us at all. We will be going back!

Everyone was friendly, efficient and caring. The technician and doctor who worked with our daughter were both amazing! Our daughter is autistic and nonverbal and we often struggle with doctor appointments. They were not only patient, but knew how to work with her to make the appointment successful. We are so impressed and incredibly grateful. Highly recommend!

Great office. They were busy but boy they are efficient. They were getting through patients no problem. I will definitely be bringing all of my children here. Very happy. Don't let the location scare you it's about what's on the inside! They are fantastic

I have to say everything about the experience was top tier. all staff members were so kind, so playful with my son and so incredible at their job. He felt comfortable and safe the entire time, which isn't also the case for toddlers in doctors offices!! Dr Monica was amazing

Kind staff, knowledgeable care team. I'm grateful I found this place. The other reviews about it being located in a shopping center next to a vape shop are true but I could look past that because the team inside was friendly, professional, and fast. Great experience overall and am glad to be going back in 6 months for my kid's follow up.

Be prepared for a full waiting room full of screaming kids and to sit for two hours. Appointment was at 8:00 am, I already had the paperwork filled out. We waited 1 hour just for the nurse and an additional hour for the doctor. They were very friendly and nice but they over book and are super slow.

Honestly, this clinic was ok. The staff was kind, and the wait times were very low, which I appreciated. However, I'm writing this review because about 24 hours after my son's eye exam, he developed impetigo which is a highly contagious bacterial skin infection -- in all of the areas on his face where the equipment had touched him during the exam. If you're not familiar, impetigo can spread either through direct contact with an infected person or from bacteria lingering on surfaces that haven't been properly sanitized. The fact that his rash appeared exactly where the sunglasses and other tools sat makes me fear the equipment may not have been cleaned thoroughly between patients. That's extremely concerning, especially considering how many children are seen here every day. To be fair, I can't say with 100% certainty that this clinic was the cause it could be a coincidence. But the timing and location of the infection make it very hard to believe it's unrelated. I'm sharing this review simply to warn other parents to be cautious and to encourage the clinic to take infection control more seriously.
