Dr Gong is wonderful. She is brilliant and caring. I have keratoconus. I have been to many doctors in the past who claimed to be experts on the area. Anyone with keratoconus let me spare you time and pain. If you live in the Phoenix area, go to Dr Gong. She may have to make adjustments to improve the fit of your contact lenses but it will not be far off from fitting well.

Just terrible service. Saw Dr gong for 2 minutes out of the 2 hour long eye test... no idea if she even knew my name to be honest. I called back this week to get my prescription and they sent it to me and deleted her signature forcing me to go back. Luckily I found my original prescription and will be taking it somewhere else. I'll never go back. I hope that the board reviews complaints against this doctor's office because I'm sure there are plenty.
