The BEST customer service and eyeglass repair anywhere! I snapped by frames in half and a few hours later they were back on my nose fixed! I was from out of town, and I went there on a Saturday, no less. Go "see" for yourself. They deserve 10 stars, not 5.

I was in a time crunch, having only a few hours to spend on business in Mesa. I had broken the left earpiece off at the hinge. One of the eyeglass outlets recommended All American on Power Road for repair, so I headed the short distance to the shop. I wish I knew the technician's name, but maybe he will recognize this review. After a quick look, he recommended changing out both arms. Considering the options, I agreed that that would be the best way to go. He said he would take less than an hour to complete the repair. I went to do a couple of errands and then returned to the shop. He was done, they looked great and felt even better! I use progressive lenses, and they are pretty expensive, so the cost of the repair was only a fraction of what a new pair of glasses would be. Thanks for your time, your efficiency, and your professionalism! 5 stars all the way!

I have used this shop to repair my prescription glasses several times, including having them weld a broken frame. Most recently my son sat on my glasses and bent the frame and the lenses would not stay in. I was using my computer glasses as backup and prescription sunglasses while driving... not good for night driving. I came into the shop prepared to have to leave my glasses for them to repair .... Michael had me in and out in under 5 min!! Super friendly and quality work! Thank you Michael for the great service!

What a week! First the plumbing. Then the car. Then the temple of my glasses snapped. I need my glasses to drive and to find anything that isn't arms length in front of me. I asked the optician at my eye doctor if there were any repair shops in Tucson. Happily, he said yes! Holding my glasses on with my sunglasses over them, I drove over. He was able to get me on my way in less than an hour for less than $100. Highly recommend!

After finally becoming motivated to have my circa mid '70's (we're talking 50+ years old that I have owned from brand new) pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers restored and cleaned-up, I chose the Mesa, AZ branch to send these relatively beat-up, chlorine stained (swimming pool use), sweat stained, non-shiny dull frames to because I live in Southern California so it was the closest store. I spoke with Harriet who was very helpful and after about a week, I received my very new looking 50+ year old frames and they look beautiful! See my attached photo for proof positive. I only wish I would have taken a "Before" photo. It pays to have professionals perform this function. Thanks so much All American Eyeglass Repair employees! Great job!

Amazingly fast and fair pricing. Great warranty policy to boot! I came here and got my nose piece arm sintered back on the same day. It broke off again within the warranty period and they fixed it again, no questions asked and no extra charge.
