America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

First went to pearl vision, were not very pleasant and on top of that wanted over 325.00 even with my insurance. Called and got me in right away. Ashley took care of me and she was outstanding.Very personable,friendly and With my insurance did not have to pay a dime. My heartfelt thanks and appreciation To Ashley and everyone there. Maria was very helpful and welcoming. As a new paitent I appreciate the well wishes I was greeted with. Ive changed eye care centers. Nationwide in the worst. America's best so far so good. A lot of promises. I'll give AB an opportunity to perform their magic. Customer service is an art. An art of knowing people and being mindful of their likes dislikes and the way they carry themselves. So America s Best the balls in your hands. Be the Best. I know you can do it!

Doctor and tech were great. The doctor in particular was so caring and helpful (but was standing in for the regular doctor). The staff that work in the front area ruined the experience though. Firstly, they all presented unprofessional behavior, including playing loud videos and laughing together. While frame shopping, I overheard them discussing incorrect orders they placed, so it seems their distraction directly affects customers. More frustrating though is that they draw you in with an initial low cost verbally, then when checking you out insist you need upgrades that bring the out of pocket cost up higher than expected. I would not recommend America's Best, and especially this location.

Big shout out the the two young lady's who helped my son Michael out with teaching him how to put in and take off his contacts ... you both were amazing and made my son feel so comfortable today . My son is very shy and to see him smile and joke around about the contacts was priceless to see ... keep doing what you do with the patients ... I will definitely be coming back to maybe getting myself a pair ... keep up the good work ... Jade and Annalicia !! You both rock and make an amazing team ... so glad you were there today !!! These lady's definitely deserve a raise !!!! Thx again. The Goldorazena Family ....

Unprofessional staff that couldn't care less about your time. Save your time and go to a better location

I have loved America's Best for 15 years, both in WI and AZ. Everyone is efficient, professional, kind, helpful and make the experience easy and seamless. What a pleasure! I highly recommend them.

I normally put off going to the eye doctor until I absolutely have to for a contacts prescription. As dramatic as it may seem, I have panic attacks letting people close to my face, especially eyes, & I almost left while in the parking lot a minute before my appointment thinking "maybe I can put this off for another week". I'm glad I didn't. The staff they have now has significantly improved. Prior to this experience it was a cold environment that didn't seem to care much about my needs. I still continued to go because I had signed up for their club. Vic made my experience great during the pre-tests before seeing the doctor. He kept me laughing & he was a breathe of fresh air compared to everyone else I have had seen in the past who made me feel like an inconvenience because I was holding up other clients when it would take 8 tries to complete the pressure test (puff of air) because I kept blinking or my face was shaking. He really made me feel comfortable & would count it down. Cut the time in half! Jilan was also just as fabulous. She walked me through the entirety of the telehealth appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had prior and just made the entire experience easy. She knew I was quite jumpy with anything near my face & made sure to count me down as well before she got close. To finish it off, Brittany was great and had me laughing to close out my appointment and sign paperwork & grabbed my info quite quick. She gave me a pair of sample contacts to wear until I could get my regular brand contacts. I've been going there for 10 years and this was the best experience I've had! I'll for sure sign up for their club again next year when mine expires as long as I can get such fantastic staff that made sure to make me feel safe again!

Brittney is the best, very helpful and always willing to find a solution to any problem. Nice people, nice atmosphere. Definitely the best place to get glasses
