The worst part is, I didn't even realize these people didn't know what they were doing. I have been here twice. The first time was an incredible experience, very professional. And that was maybe 3 years ago. The prescription was perfect. The second time I went there, new doctor did my eye exam, and somehow gave me a lesser prescription in both eyes. When I asked directly if it was normal for eyes to get better, I was told yes. Eyes fluctuate stronger and weaker all the time. I still don't know if that's true but when I went to a different optometrist and they looked at my eyes, did the exam, and then asked me about the discrepancy between my two previous visits. They said it was unlikely that my second eye exam was anywhere close to accurate given the condition of my eyes now. Go elsewhere.

"Terrible experience at this location" Got quoted one price, but was charged a completely different amount at checkout, just like others have mentioned. Waited over 2 hours for a simple appointment, which is unacceptable . Staff was rude and unprofessional. One of the staff members I couldn't understand her with the tongue being pierced at the tip. Just please go elsewhere not worth the hassle. I regret it so bad

The minute I walked in the store and the girl at the front desk was not happy I should have know to leave. I stayed ended up getting glasses and trial contacts and also 2 boxes of contacts I was told I could return if they didn't work. They didn't work so I went back to return and they said I could only get $45 back. I paid over $380 and they used my insurance for the contacts not the glasses. How stupid is that they were trials. Anyways back to lens crafters next year not even sure why I didn't go there in the first place.

Lies, lies all lies. I went in a month ago, had the so called free eye exam. Which was not free. They did everything so fast I was in and out in like an hour. Which I was not to happy. I've never been to the eye Dr so I didn't know what to expect. So I went in expecting to spend some money but not over 300. And that's with my insurance from work. I got one pair of glasses not 2 like the website says. And I still can't see. I didn't know if they gave me someone else's prescription or if they got mine wrong cuz they did everything so fast. I have no idea. I just know for 300 bucks I should be able to see the future if I needed to. I've tried to get used to them it's been over a month and I still can't see and I get headaches. I'm very disappoint. I didn't know it was gonna b like this. And I don't have 300 more to spend too go back. So idk what to do now

I got the free eye exam and two pair of glasses .. one thing I dislike was the lady added all the extra ad ons and didn't mention if I wanted them nor said anything just that it will be 300 n something dollars. I was like I can't afford 300 something so I was like can I remove stuff n she did 3 times at the end I paid $95. Be careful if your broke and don't want to spend extra money. I'm pretty sure it was a mistake I been going here for years never had this issue. We all make mistakes! If you don't you not ok.

My eye exam was over one month ago and I still don't even have my trial contacts. This place did not call me when the initial ones were finalized, and I told them I was not happy with the prescription which is why I needed the trials in the first place. I'm using old contacts in place of these ones I desperately need.

RAQUELLE!! What a gal she is! Yesterday I called needing a last minute appointment for my kiddo and was told there were none available so I got off the phone. Was called back in less than 10 minutes with a solution to my dilemma- she was able to make it work and give us an appointment for today! Thank you so much Raquelle (spelling? sorry!) you are awesome!!

I had a foreign object in my eye for 3 days and I had already been to another eye doctor about it and they failed to help me. America's best however was fantastic!! I initially spoke with Saba when I called to see if they could see me and her customer service was way above and beyond. I don't have any type of eye insurance and was not going to receive my next check until the following week but Saba told me if there is something in my eye causing me pain to just come in and they would figure it out for me because she actually cared that needed help with my eye unlike several other eye doctors within a 2 mile radius of the America's best location. All the other docs basically blew me off and wouldn't help me for any less than $300. I was seen by Dr. Reed who quickly located the problem and removed it in less than 5 mins. My eye feels soooo much better, I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking an eye doctor for whatever reason. Thank you ladies for taking such great care of me!!
