America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Thought I was being dramatic with my complaints about Leanne at the front desk after my experience this morning over the phone, but turns out this is a common experience. Had to repeat myself multiple times then told a random made up story about how they extended the date on my expired contacts in October after I told her multiple times I had got a whole new exam and purchased brand new contacts at said time and she continuously tried to tell me it was my previous prescription after I once again stated I got a whole new exam and new boxes as if I wouldn't know if my contacts were brand new or not, and there some how was no record of this purchase on her end. (I stated I had receipt and purchase amount which she finally admitted she didn't know what happened.) Was placed on hold 3 times with no end result and an attitude. Thankfully she left a note and Kayla called me back with no problems and somehow my prescription was good and could be ordered. Kayla was very sweet and friendly over the phone !! I never write reviews or complain and also had no intentions too but after the 3rd phone call I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for simply stating that what she was saying was false and ended with a nasty ill leave it to my manager.

Jessica was amazing! She gave excellent customer service, and made my visit at America's Best so easy and comfortable. She was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me with everything I needed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers - thank you, Jessica, for such a great experience!

Dang I can't even believe these comments and reviews because my experience here has always been great. The woman at the front desk is always welcoming and attentive. My ray bans were the best glasses I've ever had until they broke this last week. I came in for a new pair but these are not ray bans they were much more affordable & I hope those will be just as great. The only thing I would say is that they don't always call & notify when our glasses come in. My family all together has purchased 5+ glasses here in the last 4 years. My sister got her contacts and said they were pretty awesome, in addition I would often come in to get my glasses adjusted and cleaned, they always look out for me at americas best

I would like to express my appreciation for Dr. McAuliffe. He took additional time during my eye exam to make sure my prescription was perfect so that I would not need to remove my glasses in order to read. His patience, thoroughness, and efficiency are truly commendable, and I am very grateful for the excellent care he provided. 6

My daughter & I had a fantastic experience from the first time we walked in to the store. I had to exchange my glasses twice to get a pair that worked with my bifocals. Every staff member that I worked with was amazing!! :)

RAY IS AWESOME! I stopped in to see if I could have someone help with my frames. The bottom right of the lens frame was warped, and the left arm hinge and screw were loose and bent. I was just out of warranty and full prepared to purchase the same frames and swap the lenses. Ray took them and got to work. Reshaped the frame with the heater and fixed the hinge and screw. After a few minutes, cleaned them up and handed them back to me. "I've extended their life" he said. Thank you so much for caring and taking the time to provide excellent customer service.

I went in for a maintenance kit, they were out of stock but an employee kindly gave me a screwdriver for free. Very kind of her to go out of her way! Thank you!

The exam was fine. I waited 10days, and received no phone call that the glasses were ready. I finally went to the office to check if glasses arrived, not only did they arrive but they are the completely wrong frame. I did not choose that frame. The sunglasses will be remade but there was no review if I was charged properly during my initial visit. I will be bringing this up when I pick up the corrected sunglasses and I will not be back to Americas Best. I'll stick with VisionWorks. I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand as I am not the first person to experience this mistake here.
