I have gone to America's Best for years however I have never had such a pleasant visit as I have experienced on 8/13/25. My eye exam was very thorough as was my visit with the very patient and helpful optician Brianna. The receptionist and on other assistant were equally wonderful. But I have to say the interaction with Dr Jennifer Gorman and Brianna were extremely delightful. They both made this visit very pleasant through their professionalism and friendliness.

I scheduled for an appt. When the day came, I got screened. Then I was told there's no Dr. after 10 mins & had to reschedule. So I did. I was upset but in a way I felt embarrassed. So I canceled my appt and just ordered contacts online. Waiting to be delivered at home. Now, 3 weeks later, my contacts is somewhere in limbo and no one knows where it is. My delivery date keeps changing. I hate to order another one and wait another month. I hate not being able to see anything.

I have been using America's best for years now in several different states. I have never received this level of superior customer service. I must say BRIANNA the GM is AMAZING!!! She was such a delight to work it. From The time she took with me to make sure I picked the right glasses to teaching me how to wear my contacts I felt seen and heard. If she wasn't already the manager I would say she deserve a promotion. I can't thank her enough.

A wonderful experience! All my questions were answered, I received a thorough eye exam (the examiner was able to photograph my left eye which has kerotaconus) and found the perfect new pair of glasses. The optometrist and the rest of the staff were helpful, friendly and made my visit quite pleasant.
