I can't believe how great my glass came out. First time getting glasses here back in January finally had a chance to review. I normally hate choosing glasses out but that nice lady I can't recall her name helped me out from beginning to the end after I mentioned I don't know what looks good. She showed me that there are allot more large frames then I thought there would be. Thanks again

I am writing to formally report a deeply unprofessional and unacceptable experience at your [75th Ave and thimas office on 01/08/2026 Two weeks ago I called ahead and was explicitly told that my daughter did not need an exam and that we could simply come in to pick up her glasses. We followed those instructions and ordered the glasses. When my daughter began wearing them, she experienced severe vision problems -- difficulty seeing near, far, and in depth. I contacted the office and was told she now needed another exam and would have to pay out of pocket, despite her last exam being less than one year ago. While my daughter was present, the manager, doctor, and a male front-desk employee (possibly named Andrew or Anthony) began speaking negatively about both of us in Spanish, clearly assuming she did not understand the language. They discussed my situation disrespectfully, questioned my ability to pay, and made inappropriate remarks about me and my daughter. My daughter does speak Spanish and fully understood everything they said. This conduct is discriminatory, humiliating, and completely incompatible with professional medical standards. I also personally went to the office to address the issue and was ignored. 01/8/2026

I arrived a little late for my appointment, due to road construction down 75th Ave and a massive traffic block. I was welcomed in with smiles and show back within minutes of my arrival. The exam was top-notch. The optometrist took her time and made sure I could see clearly before giving me options. I chose a lovely pair of glasses. My sales lady was wonderful too! Thank you!

This place overall is pleasant. My second visit going here I did run into complications, there was a lot of miscommunication between me and workers. Anyways the order that was placed through in store was not the amount I was thinking I was gonna have to pay out of pocket. Did some research and thinking so I just went back and got a refund. The return process was done by the manger Suzanne she was extremely helpful and polite. Glad she was able to assist me today and get my order straightened out. She also went over the very first order that was placed and gave me a break down of the charges. I do gladly appreciate the time and patience she took with me today! I was on hold for 38 minutes. I hung up and called right back. The person that answered did not ask me to hold and was ready to help. When I voiced my complaint, he did apologize. However, I doubt the sincerity behind the apology, because he was like "no worries" .

I had a great experience at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses across the street from Desert Sky Mall. Scheduling my appointment was super easy, and on the day of my visit, I was in and out in about 30 to 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the optometrist was very helpful in answering my questions and making sure I got the right prescription. Everything went smoothly, and I appreciated how organized and professional the entire team was. I definitely recommend this location for anyone needing an eye exam or new glasses!
