I saw Dr. Bethany Wong and it's been a long time since I've felt so validated and cared for by a physician. She didn't just give me my results and send me on my way, I explained to her my frustrations with glasses and she explained to me exactly where the corrective lens is positioned and helped me find an alternative contact lens that I was more comfortable with. She could have just settled with what I already had, which was working just fine, but took the time to take my feelings into consideration and find a resolution for my overall quality of life. Everybody else in the office is extremely pleasant and it's just the best!

Dr. Villareal is my hero. As the on-call doc, she stepped in and met me at her office at 8:30 pm, after I had been experiencing major pain in my eye as a result of an injection in my left eye earlier that morning. Although I had never met her and she was not my treating doctor, she made me feel completely at ease and she was very thorough, taking her time to resolve my issues. A consummate professional in my book! Her compassion and kindness will not be forgotten, PLUS my eye feels great today!

My eye was damaged during a surgery. I went to PDEC and they pretty much blew me off. I was fortunate to have a friend of a friend recommend Dr Bob and Dr Eileen at Biltmore. They quickly put me on the correct meds for my eye and got it to the point that I could go without wearing a patch. Dr Bob was so detailed about making sure I had the best care that he sent me to two of his colleagues, one at Mayo and one at Midwestern University to 100 ensure I had the best level of care. We settled on another surgeon for the surgery but am still able to see Biltmore for my aftercare. I will scream from the rooftops till the day I am gone that this is the best place for your eye issues. Thank you so much to the front desk staff (who are the kindest women and always greet me by name), the medical assistants who always make me feel comfortable and laugh with me when I'm nervous, Dr Eileen who was so sweet and supportive in healing my eye so the Dr. Bob could figure out how it was damaged and make it right. I love these people!! If you've read this far, just call them and schedule. You won't regret it.

Have had two cataract surgeries - several years apart. A year after the first surgery, I had an eye doc comment on the quality of the cataract removal. Which of course only confirmed my original decision to seek out Dr. Bob in the first place. When it was time for #2 last month - I was so comforted knowing Dr. Bob was still practicing. He's such as talented and caring surgeon. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bullington provides excellent care. I was very impressed from the moment I came in for a consultation. Every one there was great. I've finally found an ophthalmologist I can trust and rely on. I highly recommend them for eye care!

Dr.Bob and his staff are great they treat me like a vip every time I come in. I had issues with my eye and dr.bob took me into surgery and healed the problem. Since then I am sold on their loving and caring services. Their doors are always open to me and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend him and his staff
