When I arrived as a new patient, the front receptionists were very welcoming and provided excellent customer service, especially Dr. Heffelfinger and her assistants who were professional, knowledgable, compassionate, and very helpful. It's been difficult to find an office that provides excellent treatment, and this practice has surpassed my expectations. Dr. Heffelfinger took her time performing a complete eye exam, explaining the results in depth, and delivering exceptional patient care.
