Always friendly, yet professional. Never rushed. Doctor was exceptionally patient with my son who has an intellectual disability. Great selection of frames, including Silhouette. My 3rd year at Central Phoenix Eye Care. The optician took his time helping me select the perfect pair of silhouette frames, explaining the differences in each pair. Wonderful place.

Exceptional service and care. All the staff are cordial, prompt and pleasant. The optometrist always provides time to give clear description about available options without feeling rushed. 'Clearly' the best eye care service in the Valley.

Always great caring people at this practice. I have been using this office for over 40 years and have never had a complaint. Kind, caring doctors and office staff. They explain everything so I can understand my eye health and don't oversell. Highly recommended!

This place is wonderful and exceeds my expectations. First of all, I ran into some traffic jams on my way to my appointment which made me late. I gave them a call to notify them of my tardiness and they were very understanding and were willing to provide the service. The front desk staff were supper nice and pleasant. They checked me in right away and got the ball rolling. The ophthalmic assistant was nice and pleasant, as well. Dr. Rachel Earl was also pleasant and nice. She also went above and beyond to make sure that my left eye was in tip top shape after finding something unusual in one of the photos that they took of my eye.

My family and I have been coming here for many years and have never really had any issues. Unfortunately, my recent experience over the phone was very disappointing. I called today to check the status of my daughter's glasses since it had been well over a week or two. When I spoke with Kim, her immediate response was, "Did you receive a phone call?" which, of course, I had not, and that's why I was calling. Her tone made me feel like I was bothering her. She put me on hold, then came back and abruptly said that the glasses were in and that a voicemail had been left. When I explained that I did not receive a call, she replied, "Well, I don't know what to tell you." I then asked if we could verify the phone number on file since I've never had issues before. Instead of confirming my number, she quickly listed off three numbers that weren't mine and repeatedly cut me off when I tried to clarify. She didn't seem interested in verifying the correct contact information or checking whether she even had the right patient. She then moved straight into asking when I wanted to come in for a fitting, completely disregarding my concerns. At that point, I asked to speak with someone else. I could clearly hear her hand off the phone while saying, "Here, you take this, I don't know." Thankfully, the person who took over was polite and helpful with no issues. It's disappointing to feel uncomfortable returning to a place my family has trusted for so long. I hope the customer service improves, because this experience was unacceptable..

I was left adrift when my providers left the previous practice. I was happy to find Dr. Koster and Pauletta Bartley (especially Pauletta) at Central Phoenix Eye Care. The care I received there, even thought I was new to Dr.Koster made me feel like I had always been a patient of theirs. I highly recommend them!

Dr Kelsey O.D. and her are OUTSTANDING! My annual check up is thorough and fast. Never a wait! They have an Amazing Selection of Glasses and Contact Lenses!
