Chris Simopoulos, OD

My glasses were around $420 including the eye exam but I'm not complaining since I ran into a couple of different issues after having them for months and they replaced them every time without any issues.

I ordered a pair of glasses that were $100 more expensive than online, but I wanted to support a brick and mortar store with an optometrist. They didn't call me to tell me my order was in, I called 2 weeks later to discover this by myself. The service I received was atrocious, the employee helping me bent and broke my glasses attempting to 'adjust' them, and the 'default' pairs of glasses on the wall fit my face better than their 'adjusted' frames, which I wound up having to return because they broke 1 of the arms bending them back and forth with their hands as they attempted to adjust them(The employee wound up just bending them with their bare hands in front of me attempting to get them to NOT slide off my face). I didn't need them adjusted, the display frames on their wall fit my face just fine, he had no idea what he was doing and I had to ask them to readjust the frames 5 times, and in the end they snapped 1 of the arms so it was halfway falling off. Do yourself a favor, order a pair from a website and let these brick and mortar stores die. They are a ripoff. I also had to wait over 3 hours all said and done to visit this location, while online I was done in less than 30 minutes! The frames also fit my face better than the 'personal customization' they provided. Avoid this place, order online. You won't regret it.

Dr Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and family liked the job he did. We have been seeing him for years. I'm not certain if the other poster was confused, when he complained about the glasses, but Dr Chris doesn't sell the glasses...He only writes the prescriptions and rents his office from Walmart. All the glasses are sold by Walmart and he has no control over it.

Very friendly staff. I was amazed with the speed with which they were able to take care of us and Vanessa is super friendly and went through great lengths to make sure we have the proper glasses!

Super fast. Super easy. Took VSP and Dr. Chris is great. 11/10 will visit next year for my next exam.
