Absolutely horrible office staff when it comes to patient contact & care. No stars should be given. The office changed my Mom's appointment yesterday from 3:10 to 2pm WITHOUT contacting her, then scolded her for being late. The young lady at the front desk 83rd & Thomas on 2/25/2026 should be fired! Shame on You! My Mother is elderly and should be treated with respect, like any other patient. Mom depends on others to drive her and WE will not be returning to this office. My sister either. I will tell everyone I know how patients are treated here.

Very disappointing experience. The receptionist was not upfront about the actual fees. I asked for the total cost before scheduling my appointment, and they gave me one amount -- but when I showed up to my appointment, they tried to charge almost double! It feels dishonest and unprofessional. Patients deserve clear communication and transparency about pricing before services are done. I would not recommend this office based on how they handle billing. The female receptionist there today 11/6/25 at 8:30am didn't care... such a waste of time.

Dr. Walman and his assistant were great. Very helpful and professional. Other staff working the front and phone are something else. No customer service edicate or courtesy. Get appointments wrong by writing different dates on follow up. Keep you on hold forever. Hang up without saying goodbye, male voice, just hangs up without asking if any further assistance is needed. Should be glad no one's fired them.
