Dr. Cohn prescribed unnecessary medical eye tests that cost me $200. He did not review my prior medical records before strongly recommending these tests. He is an optometrist and my previous eye doctor of 20 years who was an opthalmologist never felt these tests were necessary. Health insurance has created this nightmare of changing doctors and paying for unnecessary procedures. They have to get you when they can!!!
