I first met Dr. Leonard when he was servicing a school with his mobile clinic, and I was immediately impressed! Dr. Leonard and his assistant Alonzo make the entire process easy and convenient for students, parents, and staff, ensuring that the children got the eye care they need without added stress. It's rare to find a provider who combines professionalism, efficiency, and such compassionate patient care. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. They took the time to explain everything clearly to ensure the students felt comfortable and confident during their appointments. Dr. Leonard's dedication to serving schools truly sets him apart. Fast forward a couple of months later, I made an appointment with Dr. Leonard at his Phoenix office for myself. Again I was so impressed! I was greeted by Gemia and she is the sweetest. She was so friendly, organized, and always so responsive to my questions and concerns. Gemia and Alonzo did a great job helping me pick out glasses. They surprisingly made it fun. I was expecting to dread it like I usually do. Dr. Leonard was very thorough, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. It did not feel like the routine exams I was used to. He really listened to me and took the time to answer all of my questions. These guys are amazing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, any school or family looking for reliable and caring vision services. I'm not sure why you would want to go anywhere else!

Had an appointment for my Mom and myself with Dr. Leonard who was great! He was so good with my Mom who has dementia, so patient. In addition the Ladies in the front office were so helpful and knowledgeable! Thanks again!

I had to switch eye doctors and after doing some research I took a chance on Complete Vision Care and I'm so glad I did. The place is very clean, quiet, and in an easy to get to location. All the staff here are nice and professional answering any questions I may have had. Dr. Leonard is incredible! He is very thorough, patient, and does everything he can to make sure you are seeing your best. I will always be a patient here for any eye care needs I have and a huge thank you to Dr. Leonard and his staff.

Exceptional Service and Community Dedication! I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Leonard dedicated an entire day to offering eye exams in Salome, Arizona. With the nearest eye doctor over 60 miles away, his visit was a true blessing for our community. My first time visit to Complete Care was great. The receptionist was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Dr Leonard was so thorough. His 'bedside' manners makes him easy to talk to and he knows his field very well. Except for not having a large choice of frames, I have nothing negative to report. They even said if I didn't see any frames there, I could get them elsewhere and bring them back for them to put my lens in.

I am an out of state customer who flies to Arizona to be seen by Dr Leonard. He is very thorough, explains everything well. His staff is joyful and I feel like I have known them all my life! I got these amazing glasses from his office. They are fun and I get a lot of compliments on them! I highly recommend this office for all your eye care needs

Dr. Leonard is just he best there is. He was so kind and patient with my rowdy kids and did such a thorough job with my eye exams and contact fittings. His staff is also so warm and inviting. Complete Vision Care is highly recommended if you're looking for a more intimate and personable touch.
