Impressive staff! I was referred for urgent evaluation of glaucoma by my optometrist. They squeezed me in the same day in spite of a busy schedule. Dr. Panora preformed a very comprehensive evaluation and initiated treatment in clinic. She provided excellent explanations for everything that was done, and staff assisted in setting up followups. All very professional. Couldn't be more pleased.

My wife was diagnosed with extreme dry eye and swelling in the eye. Today was our third visit and because of their rudeness and always being late it will be our last. We waited an hour and a half before we were seen by Dr Gross. He met with her for maybe 2 minutes, gave a prescription without any directions and abruptly left. When I told the assistant we didn't have directions she got mouthy and rude. When I asked about the follow up appointment and if there was a better time of the day that I didn't have to wait so long I was told its hit and miss. I canceled the appointment and will go somewhere else.

Dr. Gross is the rudest, most dismissive doctor we have ever dealt with. Wait times were long. Office staff does not
Answer the phone for days at a time, and trying to get medical records forwarded has been a huge challenge. No one returns a text, call or email! Stay away from this office!
