5 Stars - A Truly Heartwarming Experience! I had such an amazing experience at Crystal Optical! From the moment I walked in, Ed and Dr. Hamideh made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that I felt confident about my vision care. Dr. Hamideh was so patient and understanding -- she didn't rush me at all and really listened when I described what I'd been experiencing with my eyes. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. And Ed? Absolute gem! He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel easy and even heartwarming. You don't always find that kind of kindness and attention these days, but Crystal Optical really delivered it. I walked out feeling taken care of and grateful. Highly recommend this place -- 10/10 experience!

Dr. Hamideh is a very thorough doctor and explains everything to you. Her staff is A+ and willing to help with any questions you may have regarding frames or initial exam before you see the doctor!! They don't pressure you to get additional services. They all care about treating the patient not their wallets. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for an optometrist!!
