I had an exceptional experience with my eye doctor and their staff. The professionalism and friendliness were outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed. The eye doctor was thorough, taking the time to explain everything and answering all my questions. The state-of-the-art equipment added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this practice for their expertise, excellent service, and a genuinely caring approach to eye care. Five stars without a doubt!

It was my first time at Pearson and I had a great experience, everyone from the front desk, to the provider, to the technicians were all so patient and kind. They made to sure explain everything throughly and answer all my questions. They let me take me time and I never once felt rushed even when I knew I was taking up a lot of their time. I'm so glad I found this location and will definitely return!

Second year I have gone here and I recommend it to everyone! Appointments are super thorough and quick + there is a staff member Paulina she is wonderful and so helpful when concluding the appointment and picking out frames/ordering lenses. Really appreciate the extra effort she gives each visit!

Had my first appointment as a new patient today. I have never had an eye exam or had prescription glasses, and I just want to say thank you for explaining everything and being so friendly during my appointment! They helped me pick out frames at the end which was actually really fun and made the whole experience even better! 10/10 would recommend coming here for any optometry needs!

Professional office and staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Black gets the exam done quickly and answers all of my questions. Highly recommend this practice. I appreciate that the waiting and sales area is nicely decorated. Can't go wrong with Pearson Eyecare!

Me and my son have been going here for years! Amazing office and amazing customer service. Everyone is so nice and understanding! Dr Black is amazing and she really cares about her patients and is always on top of my son's eye health!

After seeing Dr. Black for well over a decade before he started his private practice, I have spent each year going to him. Everyone was very kind up until this past year. His recent staff assistants are ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. I will begin with the myriad of problems. #1: Scheduling: I attempted multiple times to get on the schedule after they sent me what must be close to 20 text messages to schedule my annual appt. #2: When I finally got in and scheduled, I showed up 5 minutes late due to an accident. The receptionist, a woman, was super rude and said she could not help me and to call back to reschedule. #3: When I rescheduled, I showed up on time. Four minutes prior to my appt, I was contacted saying my appt would be canceled if I did not show up. I showed there was an assistant who clearly noticed me walking into the office and immediately turned around and seemed extremely disgruntled and didn't hold the door open as I was 2 feet behind him; he walked around the counter and scolded me for not answering the call to confirm the appt, which made for a very uncomfortable pre-appt check in with Dr. Black. #4: I have been waiting for a text update on when my yearly purchase/paid-for-a-year's worth of contacts came in. No, text within two weeks of my appointment has gone by. Today I called to check the receptionist, who was short and rude. She said she would have someone call me back and said that they had sent messages that my order was ready. THAT'S NOT TRUE AT ALL. No patient should be treated in a rude, disrespectful, and short manner. I am incredibly disappointed, as I felt Dr. Black had treated me exceptionally well over the years. As for his reception of individuals, that is an entirely different story and completely unacceptable.

Friendly professional staff. Clean facility easy access to the office. Dr. Black is easy to talk with he answers my questions in a manner that's easy to understand. I will continue to visit for my eye exams. See you next year. Thank you
