Everyone was sooo helpful and sweet. From the start to the end of the process. Sheila was especially helpful. Shes helped me years in a row and this time she was coaching me through the contact lenses fitting. Unfortunately did not work out for me but she was patient, understanding, and encouraging the whole time. The doctor even offered a refund and did not pressure me to go further. 10/10 welcoming establishment.

At 55, this was my first appointment since 1988, and I arrived feeling quite nervous. However, the staff--from check-in through the comprehensive exam to selecting and ordering my progressive lenses--were exceptional. They made me feel at ease, and I left with a smile. Thank you for one of the most pleasant medical visits I've had in years.

I had an appointment schedule which I specifically mentioned I was coming in for contacts. I wrote it in my form I told the receptionist and everything moved along with the testing I seen the provider. And when I asked her like so will I take contacts home today to try them on she said no my visit was only a prescription for glasses. I did tell her I don't want glasses though I came in for a contact prescription she said that's not how it worked. I literally wasted my time and money. The provider and I went back to the receptionist and explained again that I was going for contacts she then stated it's another $40 I have to pay to get examined for contacts. I explained to her again how was this not said I specifically have said I want contacts I do not want glasses. How was this not mentioned to me if that was the case I would've cancelled my appointment and scheduled somewhere else. She asked that I call the manager but stated you may not get a refund since you seen the provider. I told her again if this was the case I would've saved the providers time and mine by cancelling because glasses is not an option for me and I would've said that have they had told me there's another fee for that. When my insurance covers the eye exam and contacts. Then after giving me the number to call she says let me take you to the other side and I asked what would they do for me there she responded to look for glasses. It was so hard at this time to continue being polite when I was so frustrated. I went to tell her no thank you because I am not looking for glasses.

Awesome experience! Great reception. Thorough pre-exam work up. Doctor was knowledgeable and pleasant and answered all my questions. Great price on a year's supply of contact lenses. Thank you!

Dr. Avina is very knowledgeable and also very kind and friendly! I have been coming to her for my eye exams for a couple years now and she has been very good at getting me a good prescription for my glasses and also listening to any of my questions and concerns. She always thoroughly explains everything sonI understand everything going on.

No 0 stars? So I definitely should have looked at the comments before booking my appt, I had issues with billing also. I have amazing insurance never paid for anything at my prev eye appointments this place charged me almost $200 for eye exams that's paid for through insurance with extras added on my invoice that wasn't asked for all "optional" which are choices everywhere else. After I questioned the pricing and fees they gave me some bs explanation which made zero sense. Oh and they weren't trying to give me a invoice at 1st I had to go back after leaving to get one. They were being super sketchy. I'm sending that invoice to my insurance and my lawyer.

Doctor was super super nice and front staff was really nice too. Appointment was fast & easy

I had a great doctors appointment, the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They are attached to a LensCrafters where I found some great new frames.
