I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited over 30 minutes before being seen. At no point did the staff ask for my insurance information, so I reasonably assumed they still had it on file from my prior visit. Only at checkout was I informed that they no longer accept my insurance, and I was charged the full amount. This lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this office and suggest seeking care elsewhere.
