Dr. Brett Balocca (Eye Doctor)

Dr. Brett Balocca and his staff were great, right from the beginning to making my appointment, they made my appointment the same day, staff, thought it was a routine check up, when it was the opposite, it was an emergency, I couldn't see, they still accepted me and treated me at a 4:00pm appointment. They were all very patient with my many questions, they ran many tests, explained in details what they were doing and never left me feeling alone. I couldn't have selected a better eye doctor.. I highly recommend Dr. Balocca and his staff.

1st time try to try a new doctor for an eye exam I don't think I've ever been treated so poorly I'm professionally and rude food from any eye doctor's office. Tried to take my wife had my one year old My wife was holding her before she got into the exam room , Told her to go inside the exam room so she handed me the baby, trying to finish the application I replied to the aid I couldn't finish it because I'm holding the baby and she goes where you need sign it and I said I can sign it but as soon as my wife is out Of the exam room then I'll finish it , she replied back we are unable to service or assist you in any way or form so we're gonna have to ask you to leave I replied if you you just need a signature I will sign it she said we're not able to assist or help you in any way I asked to see the doctor she asked my wife to step out of the room I said we will never come back here and it was the worst ever experience from that staff never got to see the doctor, Wanted to let him know how awful I was treated and how poorly his customer were treated....

Dr Brett Balocca is my favor eye doc. I can't say how amazing the staff is though. From the front desk to the technician, bravo team
