I can't recommend them enough. I was able to get an exam for my cat quickly. The whole staff and Dr. Norman were beyond incredible. Everything in the exam was explained thoroughly and a plan was made. Unfortunately my sweet girl Bebe had to be put to sleep before her recheck due to unforeseen circumstances. A few days after I had called to cancel the recheck I received the most heartfelt card that brought me to tears. It was so sweet and sincere and I can't thank them enough for that. If any of my other pets have eye issues I would not hesitate make the 3 hour drive to see them again.

I took my dog in with a ruptured eye. I was scared and upset. My dogs are my kids. Dr. Kennard put me right at ease and was very helpful, explained everything in great detail, but most of all was honest with me. He could have tried to do a surgery that would have cost me thousands more, (like so many other do), instead he told me the facts and explained what he would do if it was his baby. They got me in with no wait time and the technician calmed my dog better than I was doing. I only wish I remembered her name. She has dark hair and she owns a lot of dogs and a few cats. These people actually love animals and they have a new client for life. He is actually saving my dog's other eye because my vet has ignored a prolonged issue. I couldn't be more happy with their service. I'd give them a 1000% rating if I could, thank you!

I highly recommend this team for your animals eye care needs! Dr Gavin Kennard and his team are the best!! Dr Kennard performed cataract surgery on my 9 year old dog Sammie. They came on quickly and Sammie was blind and running into things. Dr.Kennard is a straight shooter and an expert in this field. I left with all the information to make my decision and what the risks were. The surgery was a success and Sammie can see again!! I will be forever grateful to Dr Kennard and his entire team. They are the most kind and caring people you will ever meet. Sammie and I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts

Dr. Kennard is great. He has been taking care of our dog Ryno's eye for a few years. It progressively got worse due to a tumor behind the eye. We had the surgery to remove the eye and all went very well. The whole staff are professional and caring with our boy. Highly recommend.

Charlie Brown lived his best life with the help of Dr. Kennard! God bless!! Charlie was the definition of limitless undying love and left this world Feb. 9.

I love Eye Care for Animals. They were great at getting me in when I needed them for my little Chichi, Lady. Our tech (Suzie) was sweet and attentive. She came prepared with muzzle (as I requested since Lady is spicy). She was fast and efficient with notes, meds, instructions and receipt. Dr. Norman was wonderful. She was in right away and looked over Lady in a very caring way that put her at ease. She was very thorough in her explanation of possible causes and included me in the planning of treatment and follow up. I was very pleased with the entire visit and so grateful for the amazing team.

Dr. Kennard and the staff were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind and welcoming. The appointment process was smooth, and Dr. Kennard quickly identified the issue with my dog's eyes. I'm so grateful for the care we received and highly recommend them to anyone.

I can't recommend Drs Norman and Roy enough!!! My horse had a very serious eye issue which ended up needing surgery. It was a horrible situation but knowing I had Dr. Norman in charge made it so much better. She is amazingly knowledgeable and compassionate. She had even done this surgery on her own horse, which helped me through this. They were easy to contact when needed. The surgery was very successful, and my horse's eye is doing great. I can't forget the amazing staff, very helpful and supportive!
