WOW Id give it 6 stars if I could. Great communication before appt with calls and notification reminders. Staff was shockingly professional and courteous.Doctor was great. They had a lot of test for me and it all went very efficient. The young ladies there were amazing, mature and professional. I wish this staff was my PCP and not just my eye doctor. Doing everything right at 515 buckeye location. Anyone who complains should get their eyes checked. lol

Dr Shivi Agrawal was my optician before she worked for Eye Doctors of Arizona. She initially removed cataracts from both eyes. Four years later she performed two corneal transplants. Both operations went perfectly and I am deeply grateful to her for restoring my vision. I am now 81 and my eyesight is better than it was fifty years ago. Her professionalism, skills, deep knowledge, attention to detail and personal warmth are exemplary. Even when she gave up working briefly to focus on motherhood, she was willing to see me in her own time.

I had an appointment to get a stye drained, which I later called to get reschedule for a different time that day. They then call me to tell me that don't do drainages at the time I rescheduled for so they had to cancel my appointment and reschedule me a week later
