Eye Priority

Excellent experience all around! I really appreciate the personable and knowledgeable team- Caz does a great job making the initial exam relaxing and enjoyable, clearly walking me through each step. Dr. Bailey listens to the issues I've been having and explains the potential causes and solutions in a way I can easily understand. And JJ did a phenomenal job finding me a pair of frames I love and getting the fit exactly perfect! Highly recommend.

I love this place. The doctor's are amazing and the opticians give The Best customer care around. JJ is Awesome and I always ask for her by name. I highly recommend Eye Priority and JJ.

I am so glad I found Eye Priority. Dr. Bailey was thorough in the eye exam, attentive, and answered all of my questions. The staff are wonderful, too! JJ, one of the opticians, was patient, listened to my frame preferences, and picked out the most fabulous pair of frames for me. I would highly recommend Eye Priority!

I had been putting off getting my eyes checked for years and I was very pleased with how my eye exam went with Dr. Bailey. I am also pleased with Kaz who helped me learn how to use contacts for the first time! He was really patient and encouraging which eased my nerves!

EDIT: I was immediately contacted by someone from Eye Priority about this experience. She was kind, listened to my experience, and asked questions to learn more. She went above and beyond what I could've ever expected and had me come in to fix the measurements and get my glasses redone at no cost. A big bummer that the original experiences happened, but I feel supremely grateful with how she handled it and I'm feeling in safe hands. I also had a great experience when I called in to ask about contacts, one of the front desk employees so patiently explained to me all of the differences and made me feel so informed to make my own decision. He even remembered me from our calls when I got into the office! Overall, very kind, good people work at Eye Priority. ---------------- Never written a review before, but this situation makes me so infuriated months later. Last year, my family was very kind & said I should splurge and get my glasses from Eye Priority, I was very excited. Got them & I started getting headaches, I came into the office multiple times for help and they found no solution. Less than a year later I come in & they find out because of their error in measuring my eyes, the glasses are having problems. Their admitted error, came back within the year, and somehow I get no $ or credit or help. There goes a couple hundred $, my eye benefit for that calendar year, and I'm stuck with a pair of glasses I can't use. Now I have a hard time trusting an office I've been coming to and loving for more years than I can count.

Had an emergency while on a work trip and they worked me in. Fantastic staff, short wait, and the Dr was extremely professional.

Hands down the best place in town for all your eye health. They're extremely nice. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The doctor nailed my prescription out of the gate. I've had problems in this area at other places. It's always a challenge because I wear progressives and one eye is much worse than the other. However, the prescription I got at Eyer Priority is so good that I sometimes stop what I'm doing and appreciate how clear my vision is. They also have a really large selection of Maui Jim glasses and sunglasses, as well as other brands like Oakley, etc. But the Maui Jim collection was impressive. I worked with Claire and Andrea to get a new pair of frames and lenses. I had a couple issues along the way but they both bent over backwards to resolve them. The first issue was a mistake at the lab, and Claire understood exactly what needed to be done to correct the lenses. I was really impressed with her knowledge and confidence. She knew exactly what was off and had them remade right away. The result was perfect! The next issue was just a personal thing. I decided I wanted a thinner lens, but it turned out my insurance didn't want to pay to remake them. So Andrea stepped in and was able to work with a different lab who was willing to remake them for free! Amazing! There's no way you'd get that level of care with some online place. I've been advised that once you find a good eye place, make sure to always return. Even if you move away, it's worth the drive to get the best care possible. Eye Priority is definitely that place!

Dr. Bailey is amazing. Very professional yet personable at the same time. Takes his time going over all of my test results, what they mean, and where we go from here. Claire has always been amazing assisting me with frame choices, insurance coverage and making sure I am happy. Karla is extremely helpful in giving her honest opinion on frame choices!!
