Professional, friendly and efficient! I had 3 different procedures in 5 months and they all went very smoothly without any issue. Despite a crowded and full waiting room once, my procedure still took place on time as had happened before. The staff can handle the volume of patients very well. Couldn't ask for more. Dr. Van Buren is a skilled and caring physician. Thank you!

I was well taken care of here by the staff. Very thoughtful , thorough and professional. I didn't have to wait a long time to be seen and they never broke the trust I gave to fix my wonky eye. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dr Levin, a wonderful gifted Dr.

The Surgery Center is extremely busy, but the staff is very efficient and friendly. Be sure to complete the pre-surgery or procedure documents they will send to you ahead of time. This will save time and headaches as you will have time to look up the information you need to provide. I have been to this surgery center for cataract surgery and subsequent adjustments; a total of 4 times. Each of my surgical and follow up procedures went off perfectly and I am happy with the results.

I have had several procedures done here by Dr. Joshua K Duncan, D.O.. Dr. Duncan is the best! He listens to all my concerns and addresses them before starting any procedure. He keeps up with updates throughout the procedures to let me know what he is doing. His assistant, Tiffany, worked with him on both my last two procedures. She made sure I was prepped and addressed any concerns prior to Dr. Duncan coming in. I felt very comfortable and confident in the quality of services I received here and have recommended them to family and friends.

The process was made so easy through the professionalism and knowledgeable doctors and staff. I have felt safe and assured through each cataract surgery and follow-up afterwards. I would consider Dr Konti, Dr Phelps, and staff the best.

Great experience with the physicians and nurses. The facility is convenient. However some of the front desk girls act like they are completely put out by being there. I watched them check in several people after me and it was the same attitude. Very ooor start to the visit especially since they are the first point of contact with this facility. One in particular looked downright disgusted to be there. I had both eyes done so it wasn't her just having a bad day.

From start to finish (two surgeries), my overall experience was dismal. Ladies at the check-in counter were dismissive, impatient, rude, and preferred to talk amongst themselves than to anyone else. In back, the nurses were good, although I could tell they were on a time schedule. Both anesthesiologists were curt and cold. After prep'ed and ready for the surgery, I was only referred to "Number 11". Only my surgeon called me by name. I will never visit this Center again. Ever.

If you want to feel like a number not a person then this is the right place for you. And I'm not talking about the ppl who give the eye exams at the offices. I'm talking about the surgery center itself. The receptionist is ok the gal I had was not real friendly and the surgeon (I won't mention his name)who does the cataract surgery and the scar tissue removal is not friendly. He doesn't have time he goes from patient to patient. I've had cataracts removed from both eyes and also scarred tissue. He never asked how are you doing? Are you driving better at night? Nothing... no bedside manner at all. Sorry now I went back the fourth time!
