Shyla was very thorough with explaining the whole process. She gave ma all the option I had for my new persciption. My glasses were ready in 4 days. On pick up Angel described the difference to look for with my first prescription for progressives. He also explained the warranty limits due to my eye exam not being done the same day of ordering my glasses. It was a great experience. Thank you so much.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Doctor was very human, personable and joyful. Same day for single lens. For progressive it takes 10 business days to arrive. I went out of range for my insurance so I paid over 800$ for two pairs not including eye exam which was 70$ after all deductions. Over 1300$ without insurance. Was a great experience but pricey lol. The lens were the most expensive, then frames then exam.

The glasses I purchased from here, are by far the worst glasses I've ever had. Paint chipping right off the frame! High density lens?? Not even close! Thicker than polycarbonate! Scratch resistant? Think again! I've never felt more ripped off! I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years and they are by far the worst quality glasses I have ever owned. Their prices are way too high! You can seriously do better by going somewhere other than here, anywhere but here!
