Super corporate and unappealing. They constantly pressure you into getting all sorts of different upgrades for your prescription that you might not even need. To make matters worse, they hit you with dubious fees for the initial eye exam that weren't clearly explained upfront. If you want a better experience, Advanced Vision just a little south of them is a far better option. They actually care about you and don't try to profiteer off you at every turn. Check them out if your insurance accepts them.

Had a great experience with Dr. Steck and the whole staff. Had an appointment was seen on time, when through all the same test higher end offices, doctor was great. They have the same frames available everywhere else. The best part only had to wait 1 day for the glasses, instead of the usual 2 weks.

Time for new glasses and this is my 3rd time getting them at eyeglass world. There were a couple hiccups with the 2 pair I bought and they went out of their way to make it right. Robert was excellent and so were the other gals I dealt with. Great customer service and nice, caring people.

My newest prescription includes adding Prisms to both lenses. So I came back to my Trusted glasses maker, EyeGlass World. I was nervous about choosing the right frames but Willy was immediately by my side, helping me decide what fit for Me. He explained the upgrades and assured me that everything would be great. Once the glasses were available, Willy again immediately helped me. Checking the Fit and providing more information about what to expect, he put me at ease. I was extremely pleased with my new glasses (two pairs...clear lenses and brown tinted sunglasses, which Willy also recommended as I had always used Gray in the past). I am so happy that I had Willy's support. Thank you!

I had the best experience at this Eyeglass World. It was my first time doing the eye exam and Dianely answered every question I had, being really helpful every step of the way. There was a great selection of glasses and I will 100% recommend to others .

0 stars bad customer service they are money hungry be careful. They don't tell you when you're prescription.Glasses are done. You're a refund. They don't give you your cash money back so if you're paying with cash, don't do it. They will send u a check it been 2 weeks have not got nothing yet. O stats.

I give this place 0 stars these people are professional thieves. They charge me twice for the prescription glasses, so I decided to give my money back.\n I paid over $500. They charged me twice. They are giving me $325. Don't come here if you don't want your money star from these people.

Eyeglasses World It took me some time to decide whether or not to write this review, but I feel it's important for others to know how I was treated while trying to get something as simple as a pair of single-vision glasses. I had never used this service before I normally go elsewhere and I have never experienced so many issues for just one pair of glasses. My glasses had to be changed three separate times, and each attempt only prolonged the process. To this day, I still do not have proper glasses. Here are the main issues I encountered: Billing Concerns - During my initial exam, I was charged a copay fee even though my insurance does not require one. Hard Sales Tactics - I was pressured into progressive lenses, despite only needing single vision. The progressives caused dizziness and headaches, so I returned them within four days. Repeated Errors - Even after explaining my situation, I was again given progressives "just for reading." They still didn't work, and I once again requested single vision. Refund Denied - I asked to be refunded for the progressives I had already paid for and simply be given the single-vision lenses my insurance covers. Instead, the manager refused, and I am still missing $36. Unprofessional Service - When I came to pick up my supposed "ready" glasses, I waited 30 minutes while staff searched for them, only to be told they weren't there. The manager shouted across the room, "Oh yeah, I had to order the lenses." This is not acceptable customer service. Because of all this, I have wasted valuable time and money. The exam is essentially void, because I will need to pay for another exam somewhere else to ensure my prescription is correct. In summary: this location is unprofessional, the customer service is poor, the leadership is lacking, and the sales tactics put profit before patients. I will never return to this branch again.
