10/10 Experience! I recently visited Eyeglass World in Arizona this past weekend, and my experience was absolutely amazing! My glasses broke the day before my vacation, and I was so worried I wouldn't be able to enjoy my trip to Scottsdale. Thankfully, I found this store on Google that offered same-day prescription glasses and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Kenny (or Danny I forgot the name, sorry!), who also helped me in person once I arrived. His customer service was incredible he helped me from start to finish and made the whole process so smooth. Honestly, he deserves a raise, lol! I was able to get two pairs of glasses for just $99, and the eye exam was quick and efficient. Best part? My glasses were ready just six hours later! I'm beyond satisfied with my experience and so thankful for their fast, friendly, and professional service. I definitely wish they had this in NYC!! Highly recommend -- 10 out of 10!

All the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite an insurance issue, they were patient and willing to assist me. Jaylah, (I'm so sorry if I misspelled all the names), was very friendly and helpful. Their manager, Keslea, is also proactive and friendly. She immediately addressed my insurance concerns and communicated with the higher authorities to expedite my exam. I was 30 minutes behind my appointment, but they still accommodated me. Their patience and friendliness were truly remarkable. As always, the doctor is amazing. I went here a year ago but she's always been friendly and has a bouncy personality that I enjoy. She's also very quick with her expertise and doesn't waste time. Overall, every staff member is absolutely delightful, and I'd always choose this clinic for any eye-related exams.

Showed up and realized that my appointment was at a different place so I cancelled my apt with them and stayed at Eyeglass World and I'm glad I did! They saw me right away and I absolutely love my 2 new pairs of glasses! Excellent service and Dr. Very friendly staff and really helpful. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

I want to say that the GM Candice was super helpful and nice to me as well as Broden one of the workers there, they made me feel super comfortable after a situation with my glasses. I wasn't sure if I was comfortable coming back in there but they assured me I was good and they were there to help! Thank you for your kindness and taking the time to listen and understand my issue, working with me on it, and not just brushing me off like it didn't matter or my feelings. So, thank you to you both! I will continue to shop there and recommend this specific location to others!

I call Candace and ask if they can do same day glasses, unfortunately my dog chewed up my glasses, and she said come over here and we will help you. I got there they check my insurance and everything. Her team was amazing everybody had a great service. And they did my day so easy and fast.

Brohden was great! He had helped my husband choose his frames and lenses. He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I will be back with him for my second pair!

Both of my new glasses are unusable. The completely messed up the measurements and focal point of both pairs. Front end is blaming the Doctor. They rushed my order even though I didn't ask for now I have to deal with old prescription and now extra weeks for frames and lenses. Ridiculous that they won't do it right the first time then they just blame others. Careful about these shady folks.

Webpage claims same day, quoted 2-3 days. Beware of false advertising. Cannot speak to any other services.
