I came into Framed Ewe on a mission -- I was specifically looking for Mascot frames, which can be hard to find. Not only did they have them, but Nico made the whole experience effortless. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. I placed my order and had my new glasses in less than two weeks -- faster than I expected! They look fantastic and I've been wearing them every day since. Bonus points: they happen to be the same frames Noah Wyle rocks as Dr. Robinavitch on The Pitt -- so yeah, I'm feeling pretty good about my choice! Framed Ewe is excellent! Customer service was superb! I got help from one of the store reps, Michael, and he let me try on dozens of frames. I found several frames that fit my slightly wider face and left with a pair I really enjoy. I searched long and hard to find an eye shop that offer offered both frames and exams - and they are really cool fashionable frames. I hit the jackpot with framed ewe! Staff, Nico in particular helped me, were very friendly, very low pressure, and the eye doctor was terrific. This is not an inexpensive place to buy glasses lol but so worth it. I got four pair!

I book a 1 hr In-Person Eye Consultation yearly and make an event out of it with a girlfriend. We have so much fun looking at the latest trends and cool classics the Framed Ewe team curates. You're bound to find something you love-- I always do. I've worked with many folks in the past, but I've had the privilege of working with Lisann the past few years. She has impeccable taste, unmatched style and has an uncanny ability to find the freshest finds for your face on the first try. And if you need a little encouragement, Jessica will usually be there for an honest second opinion. Everyone works as collaborative team here, and it honestly just feels like you're hanging out with your people--no pressure, no hard sells, just pure fun. They also keep a comprehensive file on all of your purchases. This is super helpful for someone like me to help compare and contrast what I've bought over the years, so I can diversify my collection/wardrobe. Framed Ewe is hands down the only place I will shop for eyeglasses in the valley. They've earned my loyalty and I will be back for years to come.
