This TEAM stayed late, got me in and I left with contacts to get me through my stay. Truly shocking with what they did to make a difference for us. They are the BEST!!

Went in for eye exam And glasses. Saw Dr Sarah and she was fantastic, explained all the tests she was doing, not only the results, but what they meant. Will definitely recommend Sarah and DNA.

Appointment was very timely efficient and interesting. Results were then viewed and explained to me for understanding.

Great place for a thorough eye exam. Modern equipment and comfortable testing spaces. Staff is very professional, nice, and efficiently hands off prescriptions to the Lens Crafters staff for your glasses and contact lenses.

My mom, aged 99 was complaining about blurry vision recently so I scheduled a routine eye exam for her. Associate A Troy Cappi was caring, thorough, and very patient as he worked the exam from station to station. This young man is a credit to you store and the several associates we interacted with were all very professional. Mom was a bit fatigued afterward, so we'll make another trip to pick out some new frames for her and get her updated prescription on order. But a very pleasant experience.

I had a scratch on my eye from my son, and while I appreciate getting seen so quickly. My experience with the office staff was less than ideal. I was told around 5pm that I needed to be seen again the following morning for a followup. I asked the person at the desk how much and was told something along the lines of "unless there are pictures, it should be free." I walked in for my follow up this morning and was told it would be $93. It was a different individual at the desk this morning. One of them told me wrong (the person last night or the person this morning), but I chose to leave without being seen. It felt like a blindside after being told to come to 2 quick follow ups in 5 days. The $93 visit was turning into $279 without warning. There needs to be consistency in what the office staff tells the customers. Dr. Sarah Herrero was absolutely amazing and got down to business in helping sort out the correct medication by prescription and over the counter that I needed. She went above and beyond. I am 6 months pregnant, and she was very thorough in her job in making sure my sweet baby was going to be safe with all medication. I appreciate that more than anything.
