For the past two years, Christine has consistently helped me select high-quality sunglasses with premium lenses through my insurance benefits. She takes the time to ensure everything is done correctly while maximizing my coverage, which I genuinely value.
Additionally, the office manager, Wendy, went above and beyond by personally driving to the lab to pick up a pair of glasses so I would have them in time for my vacation. That level of dedication and customer service is rare.

I came to Horizon, after a few really bad experiences with another "major' eye center in Phoenix. I am a flight attendant and work two weeks out of state, therefore, I have to arrange my appointments within the two weeks that I am here. Due to circumstances beyond my control, unfortunately my schedule can shift, the staff at Horizon actually work with me to reschedule my appointments, from the ladies at Reception, my Doctors. Surgeons, Nurses and after care staff, everyone has been wonderful, caring, kind and considerate. I am so glad I came here. Thank you all so much, I have no hesitation in recommending Horizon to anyone who will listen. Thank you once again. (Oh, and they didn't charge me $75 to get a copy of my prescription, unlike the other place). Have a very Happy, Safe, Holiday season. See you in 2026.
